Quad is on thin ice with the rest of the group.
Toya meets with Simone, Jackie, and Heavenly about her upcoming trip to Napa. She is going to meet with people to expand her wine business. So she’s not confident about inviting Quad. The resurrection event didn’t sit well with any of them because it seemed as if Quad didn’t take any accountability. Instead, she told them she was forgiving them for everything they had done to her. So it’s been hard to move forward.
Heavenly feels like Quad is a fake friend who disappears when they are not filming the show. She says Quad cut her off after she started spending more time with Phaedra.
Toya proposes that Simone, Jackie, and Heavenly sit down with Quad to get through to her. If she doesn’t take accountability, this will be her last trip. But for now, they feel like they are the group’s core.
Quad states her case.
Once they arrive in Napa, Heavenly confronts Lateasha about taking her name off the guest list on her wedding day. Lateasha says it was offensive for Heavenly to say that her marriage to Gregory wouldn’t last. But Heavenly apologizes after Toya urges them to keep the peace during her business trip.
When Phaedra joins the ladies in Napa, Toya asks her if she changed her flight so she doesn’t have to be on the same plane as Quad. Phaedra denies this. In a green screen interview, Toya says that Phaedra is lying. And she told Toya she didn’t want to keep bringing Quad around if she didn’t mesh with the others.
Quad makes it to Napa. At dinner, she congratulates Toya on her new business moves.
Simone takes the lead and tells Quad they didn’t like what she said at the resurrection. It didn’t seem like she took any accountability for her role in the breakdown of her friendships. She doesn’t even open up and they don’t feel like there’s a real friendship there. ss
Quad admits that she doesn’t have an emotional attachment to the group anymore. At times, they didn’t seem supportive. So she shut down. But she’d like them to fix things. So she is there with an open heart.
Phaedra and Quad’s friendship takes a hit.
Heavenly accuses Quad of being a user. She says that once Phaedra changed her flight, Quad called her. It just feels like Quad only did this to come on the trip. She also accuses Quad and Phaedra of being shady behind each other’s backs.
Quad goes on to say that Gregory told her that he dated Phaedra. But he cut things off because she asked for “$4000 a month.” Phaedra denies this and asks Sweet Tea if this was said to her. Tea says Gregory said they went on one date. But nothing about $4000.
Phaedra scoffs at the amount and says her purse costs $10,000.
In a green screen interview, Quad says she’s the one who brought Phaedra to the group. So she’s not feeling the switch up.
Heavenly and Quad clash.
As Heavenly and Quad argue about their friendship, Heavenly says she’s been a good friend to Quad. But Quad is a fake friend who only comes around for the show. And Jackie has said this to her in private.
Quad tells Heavenly she hasn’t been a good friend. She feels Heavenly bashes her a lot.
Eventually, tempers flare and expletives fling back and forth.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger as Heavenly and Quad’s friendship appears to be fizzling out.
What are your thoughts on the episode?
Quad is full of Sh*t!! She lied on Doctor G! She told the world he physically abused her! At the same time wants to show up to Sweet Tea’s Bachelor party 🙄🙄🙄. Dead wrong!
Quad knows what she doesn’t want to around them, she’s only there for the check. Heavenly couldn’t have believed hating Mariah would be the glue that held their friendship together. Quad really thinks that it is all about her.
Imma keep this short & simple…
I used to like Quad.
I concur
