On the recent episode of “Married to Medicine,” Toya plans a trip to Napa to expand her wine venture. However, she realizes she won’t be able to focus too much on business after Quad’s resurrection event. She and the other women were rubbed the wrong way by Quad’s words. In their opinion, Quad has never held herself accountable for her role in the breakdown of her friendships with the others. She’s not the only one who feels this way. Simone, Jackie, and Heavenly have the same perspective. So they agree to confront her in Napa. If she fails to take accountability, it will be her last trip.
When Quad arrives, she does admit to not feeling a connection to the rest of the women anymore. However, things become explosive when Phaedra noticeably backs off and Heavenly calls Quad a fake friend who prioritizes the cameras over a real friendship.

Quad knows what she doesn’t want to around them, she’s only there for the check. Heavenly couldn’t have believed hating Mariah would be the glue that held their friendship together. Quad really thinks that it is all about her.
