Kisha receives some tough news.
Yandy and Kisha meet up to talk about the latest doctor’s appointment. Kisha’s doctor discovered five more fibroids, so she will have to have more surgery to remove them to have a baby. But she also has Endometriosis so that’s another major obstacle that will complicate things. At this point, she’s very hurt and frustrated. She has no plans to get surgery. Kisha is so exhausted.
In a green screen interview, Yandy says she and her family will have to talk things out to figure out the next step. But she’s so sad for Kisha. It’s been such a difficult journey for her.
Mendeecees still has concerns.
Spice, Sierra, Renni Rucci, and Shekinah go to Belize. Sierra says Eric was supportive while she’s been dealing with her grandmother’s death. But she doesn’t want to play with his feelings. And she doesn’t know what to do when she originally planned to walk away.
Yandy gives Mendeecees an update about Kisha. The plan now is for Kisha to use a surrogate but she will still require Yandy’s egg. And Yandy wants her and Mendeecees to pay for this. When Mendeecees says he’s not liking any of this, Yandy tells him Kisha would do this for them if they were struggling to have kids. Mendeecees knows this is the truth. So he asks Yandy to pause the surrogacy process until they can talk to the right people and be properly educated.
Scrappy continues to hang out with Erica Dixon.
Scrappy and Erica Dixon go on a zip-lining date. They discuss Bambi and Momma Dee’s rocky relationship. In a green screen interview, Scrappy alleges that Bambi doesn’t make it easy for Momma Dee to see their kids.
Erica says she had some major problems with Momma Dee in the past. But she never prevented her from seeing her granddaughter. So she hopes Bambi and Momma Dee can figure things out at some point.
Kisha, Mendeecees, and Yandy speak to someone about the surrogacy process. Mendeecees realizes Yandy will have to go through a lot to give her egg to Kisha’s surrogate, but he does believe Kisha deserves to be a mother. When he hugs Kisha and commits to helping, Yandy hopes they are getting closer to Mendeecees officially signing off on starting their journey.
Diamond is still in the picture.
Despite recent dates with Erica Dixon, Scrappy makes breakfast for Diamond. He denies dating Erica and Diamond at the same time. He says he is just “having fun” and both women should be doing their own thing as well.
While Shekinah, Spice, Sierra, and Renni are hanging out in Belize; they continue to bond and have some very honest conversations. Shekinah reveals she terminated pregnancies at ages 16 and 24. And Renni says she terminated her pregnancy before her ex headed to prison.
Renni becomes sick to her stomach after she divulges this. They pull over so she can throw up.

Kisha may not want to have another surgery but she’ll have to. She will hemmorage during her menstrual cycle. At this point she needs to consider a Hysterectomy. The fibroids will continue to grow. I speak from experience.
Mendeecees is a man. I expect him not to understand what women have to endure. I do commend him for wanting to know more.
Scrappy having a good time is well deserved. And why not with women he knows?
‘The Spice Girls’ trip was nice. I coulda been there with them. I enjoyed the bonding and the peace they sought.
Scrappy is so toxic. Black women with low self esteem are so sad to me. Erica and Diamond deserve exactly what they get since they are both fine with Scrappy juggling them like basics for over a decade. I would NEVER. Basic women are so boring. Scrappy shouldn’t even be on this show anymore. He hasn’t changed and had the same storyline since 2012. This is why people don’t watch anymore. There’s no point.
Scrappy broke up his family and still hasn’t learned. People ignore how awful and problematic he is because he’s ignorant and can’t speak/write properly so they think he’s harmless. But Scrappy is a failure of a man and he’s the reason why his children will all grow up in different homes. You do not procreate with little boys like him or you’ll waste years of your life dealing with foolishness. I expected Diamond to be stupid but my goodness Erica is really blowing me. Is she hard up for money or something?! Girl get some self esteem and common sense!
Another boring episode. Scrappy and the OGs can all go. None of them are interesting anymore and I don’t care who he’s sleeping with when he’s renting another home and has nothing but plastic cups and paper plates at his big age. He’s embarrassing and you have to be slow to entertain him at this point. Yandy’s storylines are usually fake too. It may be time for this show to die.
