Dr. Alicia gets questioned about the $150,000.
Heavenly, Jackie, and Simone ask Alicia what happened to the $150,000 Kema said she lost. She says she has no idea and it may be money she spent on their kids. In a green screen interview, Simone says Alicia doesn’t have to lie to her because this just doesn’t sound like the truth.
Simone and Cecil plan a special dinner to celebrate the group making it to ten seasons. Jackie and Simone feel like they wouldn’t still be married if it wasn’t for the support of the group.
Phaedra says this is one thing she loves about this cast. In her opinion, they really to save each other’s marriages and she wishes she would have had that years ago.
Eugene reveals he asked for a divorce from Toya.
When Simone asks who asked for a divorce at one point, the group is surprised to see Eugene raise his hand next to Toya.
Alicia reveals she almost divorced Kema because he expected her to cook and serve him while she was pregnant. But he’s evolved since then and has been trying to be more of a team player. And Alicia appreciates this. She jokes she trained Kema up well and he laughs.
Toya and Heavenly disagree about contributions to the Med Gala.
When the Dominican Republic trip comes to an end, the cast heads back to Atlanta to plan the first annual Med Gala. Toya and Eugene visit Cecil and Simone. Toya doesn’t want to contribute $1000 because she donated $1400 in wine. Simone says Toya should be doing both since the event’s purpose is to raise charity. Meanwhile, Heavenly tells Jackie that Toya shouldn’t be able to sponsor her wine business since she didn’t pay the $1000 fee.
During the event, Heavenly tells the staff that Toya’s sponsorship sign should be taken down since she didn’t donate $1000.
Heavenly later gives a speech and blasts Toya for not paying. This bothers Eugene. He pulls Damon aside to tell him Heavenly crossed the line. Although Damon isn’t feeling this, he and Eugene hash it out quickly. And they agree they are not going to clash just because their wives don’t get along.
Dr. G has an awkward conversation with his ex-wife Quad.
Quad strolls into the event. Jackie questions who invited Quad.
Regardless of the shock of some of the guests, Quad plays it cool. She speaks to Sweet Tea and asks for Gregory’s whereabouts. When Gregory comes over, Quad speaks. She asks Tea if she can hug Gregory slightly from his neck. They hug and it’s awkward. Quad says things don’t have to be weird because she has no animosity. And she congratulates them on their marriage.
Gregory is very confused by all of this.
Jackie reflects on the last ten years in a green screen interview. She says the Fab 5 will always hold it down, but there is room for 3 more. And Tea, Phaedra, and Alicia have been great additions. She also believes they haven’t seen the last of Quad.

Dr. Heavenly is proud trash 🗑️ she is totally classless with Absolutely no tact. She hasn’t been Read the way she needs too. And looks the way she acts a damn Mess 🤷🏽♀️
Heavenly is the worst. She really tries hard to make other look bad, with her to little clothes. So, Toya donated over 1,500.00 in the wine cost,so should have given 500.00. That was not the place or time for that. Quad acted liked things were good with the ladies.
Quad always acts like things are fine with the doctors/Heavenly like they haven’t been treating her like disposable trash since day one. This is why I can’t fully support her. She lets them play with her too much for me. The only one she will buck at on that show is Toya.
