“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” star Destiny Payton received criticism during her time on the show. Fans and cast members felt she didn’t open up enough about her personal life. In particular, her failed marriage with La’Berrick Williams made many people scratch their heads. Destiny said she couldn’t say much about it due to legal reasons.
Regardless, Kimmi Scott still attempted to push Destiny to be more open when they filmed scenes together, but she wasn’t successful. Carlos King also said that other producers had said Destiny was difficult to work with. On his YouTube channel, he revealed that Kimmi’s commitment to transparency during her cancer battle was eye-opening for him. And he planned to cut ties with individuals who weren’t revealing as much on his reality shows. So Destiny’s dismissal from the show shortly after wasn’t surprising to most.
Destiny’s legal troubles continued while she wasn’t a LAMH cast member. As we reported, she was dragged back to court when she was suspected of forging La’Berrick’s name on a utility contract. Interestingly enough, Destiny found herself in the headlines again after she gave a messy update on her other public romance that didn’t work out. Destiny revealed her ex-boyfriend Moses Monroe was romantically involved with her former LAMH field producer Sunni Minx. And it was weird to see Sunni and Moses become man and wife when Destiny used to vent to Sunni about Moses.
Rumors swirl that Destiny will return to LAMH.
Well, it’s possible all of this will be addressed during the upcoming season of “Love & Marriage: Huntsville.” Fans of the show noticed that Nell Fletcher posted a photo from the cast girl’s trip on Instagram Story. Destiny was near Nell and the camera crew. So, LAMH fans suspect she is back for Season 8.
