Some LAMH fans believe Latricia Reedus isn’t being transparent.
“Love & Marriage: Huntsville” newbie Latricia Reedus is having a controversial first season. She’s found love with her boyfriend Kenneth Lee. However, it’s been a bit tough for them to move forward with marriage because Latricia is still married. Latricia said her estranged husband Marques Reedus did not want to go through with the divorce. When Marques made his appearance on the show to tell his side, he told Marsau Scott that he wasn’t comfortable with Ken being a father to their children. It bothered Marques that Ken spends more time with their children than him. Marsau didn’t have much empathy. He told Marques that he decided to see his children less when he left Latricia.
Latricia’s marriage isn’t the only source of controversy. Fans and cast members alike have been trying to figure out the true nature of Latricia’s past with Martell Holt. Latricia didn’t like that Martell originally acted as if he couldn’t remember meeting her. He eventually admitted Latricia came to his house. Latricia said she tried to train Martell in the past. But she admitted to Ken that she and Martell never made it to the gym. She and Martell denied that they slept together but fans aren’t convinced they are telling the truth.
Ken Lee’s interview with Carlos King confirmed that being on LAMH has complicated things.
The timing of Martell and Latricia’s past run-in made Destiny Payton and Stormi Steele question if Martell was married to Melody Shari when he first met Latricia. Latricia insisted Melody and Martell were separated during that time. And Martell vented to her about his frustrations and regrets.
Well, Latricia and Ken are a hot topic thanks to a recent interview Ken did with Carlos King and Dr. Heavenly Kimes. During the YouTube interview, Ken confirmed that he was a no-show to a previous interview with Latricia because they had just gotten into a huge blowup. And he was so upset that he left Alabama for two days to stay in a hotel.
When Carlos asked Ken if he was angry because of Latricia’s debated history with Martell or finding out which cast member introduced them (allegedly Chris Fletcher), Ken said no. His issues with Latricia have nothing to do with anyone else on the LAMH cast. He believes Latricia looks at any form of questioning as accusatory, so communication is difficult for them. But as of now, they are still together and trying to work on their relationship.
