On the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” Zell has some words for Yandy, Saucy Santana, Rasheeda, and Shekinah when he feels like they aren’t respecting his fatherhood journey. Here are the highlights of, “Great Ex-pectations.”
Kirk’s family doesn’t believe he crossed the line with Jasmine again.
Rasheeda talks to her son and stepdaughter about the latest drama involving Kirk and Jasmine. Regarding the text messages Jasmine showed, Rasheeda isn’t convinced that Kirk crossed the line. Neither are the children; in their opinion, Kirk only made a “mistake” when he fathered a child outside the marriage. They believe Jasmine is the problem and she should be grateful for what Kirk does for Kannon.
In a green screen interview, Rasheeda says speaking with the children was enough to make her less angry about the matter.

Ashley’s meeting with Michelle is a mess.
Zane and Ashley meet with Michelle to get to the bottom of the paternity situation. Michelle says Zane was dealing with her while he was with Ashley. She suspects he only proposed to Ashley because he knew Michelle was pregnant with her son at the time. However, Zane was always aware he wasn’t the biological father because he knew the identity of the biological father. That man didn’t want to be involved which made Zane want to step up. At one point, Michelle wanted to change her son’s last name but Zane didn’t want this. He and his family wanted to raise the child regardless.
When Ashley says Zane needs to get a DNA test or change the child’s last name, Michelle says it’s mean-spirited to make a child change their last name when they’re almost 8 years old. Ashley doesn’t care and feels the child should only keep Zane’s last name if the DNA test proves Zane is the father. Ashley ends the meeting after Michelle insists she could still sleep with Zane if she wanted but chooses not to out of respect.

Zell clashes with Shekinah, Santana, Rasheeda, and Yandy.
Spice puts together a baby brunch to celebrate Renni Rucci’s pregnancy. The good vibes disappear when Zell arrives. He is immediately annoyed when he arrives because Shekinah says she can’t believe Zell is having a “real baby with a real girl.” Spice and Kendra explain to Shekinah that her comments reek of ignorance and homophobia. Shekinah apologizes to Zell but he doesn’t accept it.
Things only escalate once Zell overhears Shekinah discussing the situation with Saucy Santana. Zell calls out both for discussing his baby momma-to-be Bri. When he catches Yandy and Rasheeda laughing, he tells both to worry about their marriages. In particular, Mendeecees allegedly has a lot going on. When producers ask him to explain what he meant during a green screen interview, Zell says they can just check out the Shade Room’s post history. Mendeecees was allegedly in hotels with other women.
Yandy responds in her green screen interview. She accuses Zell of using her to deflect from his own drama. And she wants him to explain himself later.
Zell stands on his words. Rasheeda tells him he did the most and he promptly tells her he doesn’t care.

All I can say about lasts night episode is that Saucy looks like that big California raisin laugh out loud 🤣
