Joc tells Mendeecees that it’s time for him to do something “grand” for Yandy since they have been having issues for so long.

Yandy and Kendra catch up. Kendra tells Yandy that Joc told Mendeecees he needed to do a “grand gesture” for Yandy so they can get back to a better place. Joc proposed to Kendra when he did his grand gesture, so Kendra is hoping that Mendeecees has something big planned.

Renni’s boo faces multiple charges.
Karlie Redd goes to South Carolina to check on Renni Rucci after news of Blacc Zacc’s arrest went viral on social media. The charges are serious. One charge includes Murder in Aid of Racketeering. Renni is concerned about her man and is willing to pay whatever is necessary to ensure he has great legal representation. Karlie says she’s been in Renni’s shoes with her ex-husband and decided to leave the situation when she realized his legal problems had nothing to do with her.
Renni doesn’t have the save herself mindset. She tells Karlie she is going to “stick beside” Zacc.

Jessica White’s boo Nathan proposes to her while they are on the beach. She happily accepts. In a green screen interview, Jessica says she didn’t expect to fall in love, and she never wanted to be married. But Nathan has changed her mind, and she’s happy to spend her life with him. Bambi is the first person that Jessica calls with the good news.

Yandy is confused by Mendeecees’ grand gesture.
Mendeecees’ “grand gesture” for Yandy turns out to be a surprise trip to a corn field. He tells her that he misses her and wants to work on being friends. He doesn’t want to be in a relationship with Yandy, but a foundation in friendship is something he thinks they never really had.
Yandy is confused. She thinks Mendeecees has been giving her mixed signals. When she alleges that he crawled into her bed the previous night, he claims they haven’t been intimate in months.
He says he wants to start over with Yandy. The episode ends before Yandy responds.

What are your thoughts on the episode?
I learned more about Mendeecees and Yandy this episode than in all the years they have been on the show. So it’s a 100% fact that they were never married. Wow! They both played in all of our faces with that! Now, Mendeecees on some Gwyneth Paltrow/Chris Martin “conscious uncoupling” type of stuff. He’s putting in overtime trying to show viewers that he isn’t the bigheaded, lopsided jerk we see on social media. Sit down Mendeecees! We see through you. Taking Yandy to a cornfield to watch some corny (no pun intended) pics of the past was so cringe. You supposedly trying so hard to be friends with Yandy and you don’t even seem to genuinely like her. Crazy work Bro!
It’s easy for Mendeecees to play with Yandy because they were NEVER married anyway. I know Renni loves ❤️ her sons father but AGAIN she’s NOT married so why fight for a relationship when you’re not TIED to that person?
Renni-Ru better get ready for some long, unsettling nights dealing with her “baby daddy” like she says on the show. He done messed up now! His charges read like a Santa Claus gift list on Christmas Eve. That list is seriously long and extra! After all the dust settles, Renni-Ru got to consider her child. I feel like all the energy she is using to play the dutiful girlfriend should be going to keeping the Hip Hop checks coming and her rap career moving. Standing by your man when he is on some serious lockdown is no longer expected or required (don’t be on that Tammy Wynette stuff). Keep it moving Renni-Ru! You are beautiful, talented, gracious, and hardworking. Ol’ guy needs to figure it out without bringing you down or keeping you on the hook! 💯💜
I am rooting for Renni and Zacc! Renni doing right: waiting to see how the case against Zacc plays out. Women need to have their significant other’s back! Life is hard enough. Us men need our women to be loyal and hang in there until the end. We got y’all!
