On the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Potomac,” Gizelle and Ashley are beginning to question Mia’s credibility. Here are the highlights for, “Healing, Thriving and Surviving.”
Gizelle and Ashley are starting to question Mia’s actions.
Mia tells the ladies about Inc. and Gordon’s recent blowup. She states Gordon is currently experiencing mania (Gordon was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder). She alleges that when he’s in this state, he’s very combative, which causes stress for her and the children. Mia feels like Gordon violated her by confronting Inc. about her getting an abortion because of him years ago. While Mia believes Gordon’s mental state is why he wants nothing to do with Inc., Gizelle and Ashley question Mia’s judgment in green screen interviews. Ashley believes Mia’s decisions make it tough to support her. Gizelle says, “Mia, girl, I don’t know what kind of scenario you’re trying to establish. This is like not cool for me. It’s not exciting; it’s not tea. It’s not drama. It’s too much.”
As the conversation continues, Mia claims Inc. said he was willing to step back from attempting to co-parent since he’s a “trigger” for Gordon. This makes her tearful, but Gizelle and the others assure her that Inc. didn’t mean he was exiting her life.
Gizelle changes topics and suggests they pray for Karen. She has to appear in court in a couple of days concerning her DUI/DWI case.
Interestingly enough, Karen’s court date has been postponed to September.
Michael and Ashley’s divorce is finally about to be finalized?
Ashley talks to her Uncle Lump and mother Sheila’s side of the family about her ongoing divorce. Mediation is next week, so it’s starting to look like things will be finalized soon. Ashley admits she wasn’t ready for this stage of the process a year ago. During a green screen interview, Ashley says Michael’s wealth intimidated her to the point that she was not confident about moving the divorce along. But her loved ones advised her to hire a good attorney and get the ball rolling. She’s glad she took the advice.
Gizelle confronts Mia.
Wendy throws her all-white birthday celebration for her 40th. The cast attends. When Mia speaks to Wendy’s mother Susan, Susan reminds Mia that she feels a way about her jokingly calling Susan a witch. Mia apologizes as Inc. stands by.
As the evening goes on, Gizelle calls Mia out in front of the group. She questions why Mia told them Inc. and Gordon clashed just for her to post both men with the children 24 hours later to Instagram. In the video, everyone was all smiles and having a good time at the pool. Gizelle feels like Mia is a compulsive liar who cannot be trusted. Ashley tells producers she feels the same way because Mia’s words do not align with her actions. She knows very well that Inc. is a trigger to Gordon.
The episode ends on a cliffhanger after Mia tells Gizelle that the “fathers” of her children can get along.
They were too busy hating Wendy and Candiace to notice how trash Mia was her first two seasons? Not surprising.
