Wendy Osefo’s comments about Ashley Darby’s new boo frustrated Ashley.
Ashley Darby revealed her divorce from Michael Darby is finally moving forward during the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Potomac.” She credited the support from her family for giving her the courage to see the process through after stalling out a couple of years ago. Ashley has also been enjoying the time she’s been spending with a man named Josh. She met him at a speed dating event she attended with Gizelle Bryant. Ashley has developed strong feelings for Josh. However, all her costars aren’t optimistic. Wendy Osefo, in particular, said Josh reminded her of Jack Harlow. In her opinion, Ashley could do better.
Wendy repeated this sentiment during her latest appearance on “Watch What Happens Live.” She also accused Josh of being a rented boyfriend.
Ashley didn’t appreciate Wendy’s comments. She called Wendy out during an interview with “Gabbing With Gib.”
Ashley said, “It was a little surprising to me that Wendy said those comments in the first place, that she said in her confessional because that’s not the energy that Wendy was saying to me to my face. For someone who I considered to be my friend, I would really think if you really thought oh this guy isn’t of the caliber or whatever, then maybe you’d say that. But to save that for the confessional chair, it really showed me that Wendy is two-faced.”
She continued, “And so I didn’t appreciate that at all. If you really felt that, you would stand ten toes on that and be like girl! If you wanna say this is a lateral move or whatever she said, you know, just be a woman and say it to me. So I was just really…it pissed me off. I actually didn’t even watch her ‘Watch What Happens Live’ episode. I didn’t really care to see it. Of course, I heard that she talked about me, called Josh a ‘rented boyfriend.'”
Ashley described Wendy’s actions as stupid.
“She doesn’t know his story, who he is. What he represents. And he’s new to this platform. He doesn’t know any of this and you just go in on him like that’s low-hanging fruit. And that’s really stupid of you,” she said.

Exactly. If she had concerns about her friends man maybe she should have directed it to her directly. That’s because none of them are really friends. People love them some Wendy. Not sure why. She insecure just like the rest of them. Got on reality TV realized that she didn’t like the way she looked got all this work done where’s a thousand pounds of makeup doesn’t speak about Dr Wendy every 5 minutes anymore because that’s obviously not enough for her she’s looking for something
Ashley is two faced so this is rich coming from her but Wendy does need to tighten up a bit. A good housewife knows how to throw light shade and keep her allies.
