Trina’s husband Swurv was arrested for punching a man in 2023, and breaking their nose.
Rapper Trina‘s husband found himself in legal hot water recently. TMZ said “Love and Hip Hop Miami” cast member Swurv (AKA Benjamin Leon Kearse Jr.) was arrested recently. The arrest stems from an alleged assault occurring in 2023.
Per TMZ, Swurv was driving a black Dodge Charger and approached a stop sign. At the stop sign, Swurv “stopped abruptly,” and a man crossing the street slapped the trunk of the Dodge Charger.
The man told police it was an accident, but Swurv called him out. When the man approached the vehicle to explain the situation, he said Swurv had grown irate and aggressive, following him to a nearby home. At this point, things turned allegedly violent. The victim claims Swurv punched him multiple times and broke his nose.
About two years later, Swurv was booked at a Miami corrections center and allegedly released.
This is not the first time LHHMIA fans have seen Swurv be violent toward another man. This year, Swurv confronted Trina’s cousin, Bobby Lytes, in front of LHHMIA cameras. During this confrontation, Swurv poured a drink onto Bobby’s head.

I have never seen a strong Black Woman on Love & hip Hop.
Majority are either married to thugs or the women end up in a poly type of relationship.
