On the latest episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Kirk and Jasmine’s custody case comes to an end. Zell and Karlie clash over wedding invites and messy rumors. Here are the highlights for, “Sip & Seething.”
Saucy Santana is on Zell Swag’s mind.
Zell and Bambi catch up over food after the couples trip in Cabo comes to an end. Bambi is really into Ray now that he has gifted her a promise ring to show his support of her celibacy. It’s made her really like him. For Bambi, it’s just nice to have a man in her life who listens and respects her.
They then discuss Karlie Redd and TLo clashing during the trip. As far as Zell is concerned, their wedding isn’t happening and the marriage won’t last either. He’s been hearing that TLo is cheating on Karlie.
Zell brings up Saucy Santana. He feels bad about their last meeting now that he knows Santana was going through domestic violence with his last partner. Zell hopes they can talk soon at Renni Rucci’s “sip and see” for her son because he still cares deeply for his ex.

Jasmine and Kirk’s custody battle is over.
Kirk and Rasheeda head to court to learn the outcome of his attempt to getting full custody of Kannon. He also wants Kannon’s last name changed to Frost. Luckily for Jasmine, the judge decides Kirk and Jasmine will share custody. Kirk still sees it as a victory since they agreed to new child support terms and Kannon will officially take his last name.
During a green screen interview, Jasmine tearfully tells producers she’s happy she didn’t lose custody. But Kirk will have to step it up now as a father since Kannon no longer has her last name.

Shakira and Scrappy continue to have tension.
Scrappy and his new baby momma Shakira meet at a facility to get a DNA test done. While Scrappy tries to talk to Shakira about her recent blowup with Momma Dee, she isn’t interested in talking. She says she doesn’t need to have a good relationship with Momma Dee for her to be active in her grandson’s life. Scrappy disagrees.
Shakira tells Scrappy she doesn’t have to be cool with him either. She’s been trying to be nice but she’s not against showing another side if the disrespect continues. During a green screen interview, Scrappy says the conversation isn’t going how he thought it would. He doesn’t understand why Shakira is so upset about Momma Dee pushing for a DNA test when she initially said she would take one anyway.

A couple of friendships are repaired.
Renni and Sierra hash things out. They missed each other and dropped the ball when it came to being there for each other recently.

Zell gets his sit-down with Santana. He apologizes for throwing food at him the last time they saw each other. Zell was going through a lot and feels bad about how things turned out between them.
Santana confirms he left the abusive relationship he was in. He now realizes that he was toxic to Zell because of unhealthy things he learned from this person.
Zell comforts Santana when he becomes emotional. Both are looking forward to what the future holds for their relationship.

Karlie and Zell clash.
It’s the day of Renni’s “sip and see.” Everyone gushes about how adorable Renni’s baby boy Junior is.

When Karlie arrives, Zell is ready to confront her about not inviting him to her wedding. Renni and her boo take this as a cue to leave with their son.
Zell asks Karlie why he was not invited to her wedding. She says Zell knows TLo does not like him. When Zell questions why TLo doesn’t care for him, Karlie claims Zell hangs around her enemies. Zell says this only means they are mad that he is friends with someone TLo slept with. He alleges TLo is cheating all over the city. This is why he doesn’t think the wedding is happening.
As both begin shouting at each other, Zell tells Karlie this marriage won’t last because nothing she does lasts.

What are your thoughts on the episode?
I love, love, love Zell. I just hated when he was against Masika for Alexis on L&HHH but other than that he is such a good friend and seems to be so genuine. Bless Karlie’s heart. She wants love so bad that she’s a target but these men actually want to marry her. How can you not know how she is and be surprised at how she acts.
I’m not surprised that Karlie is catching hell trying to hold down a relationship she really wants. TLO has pretty much had enough and there’s not enough to make him stay. Just give it up now Karlie. Renni baby is cute and I’m glad they got him out of there before he was frightened.
I love to see The Bam happy! 🥰👍 She really is a genuine one (along with Zell). Bam’s body is next level! Her workout routine must be something else! 💯 😍
But, I really need LHHA to circle-back on Zell’s supposed baby. What really happened there? Ole girl just disappeared on us. She was pregnant one week and seemingly gone the next. And she always had a “get me outta here” demeanor about her. She was too pretty tho. 😊
Okay, Renni got a cute kiddo. Great. But what does she bring to the show tho? Absolutely nothing (except for showing that body-ody). She never goes through anything. She hasn’t put in any work. She always exits when real life begins (way before Junior was born). The producers manufactured that dust-up between her and Sierra. That was uninteresting, fake, and extra. We all saw through that. Now they making cute Junior the focus. Can’t the producers lean in to someone else?
