On the season finale of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Zell receives receipts about Karlie’s husband. Plus, Scrappy receives the results of the paternity test. Here are the highlights for, “Alternate Endings.”
Zell has receipts.
Rasheeda hosts a fashion show. Zell and Bambi attend along with other cast members. Karlie is discussed. Zell saw one of his friends is currently messing with TLo. They sent him pictures. He really doubts a wedding will happen at this point.
Scrappy takes the stage, while Rasheeda tasked Bambi with being her runway model for the evening. Erica and Emani are also present. Although Bambi isn’t on good terms with Scrappy, she still dances when he performs his hits. She notices Erica also begins dancing after she gets into a rhythm. This annoys Bambi.
She later tells Rasheeda and Kirk she isn’t feeling Scrappy because he recently allowed Erica to trash-talk her on his podcast while their children were present. When she attempts to confront Scrappy over this, he walks off while Kirk is talking.
The results of the DNA test are in.
Scrappy invites Momma Dee, Joc, and Zane to a restaurant to learn the results of the DNA test. He’s so nervous he ends up clashing with Zane for saying Momma Dee is like his mother as well. They nearly come to blows and security has to intervene. After cooler heads prevail, Scrappy finds out he is indeed the child’s father. It’s a happy day for him and Momma Dee.
Bambi agrees to attend Spice’s event with Jessica although she wasn’t invited and taken off the cast album. The plan is for Bambi to confront Spice. Before that happens, Spice apologizes to Jessica for helping her past event go left by nearly coming to blows with Jasmine. Jessica accepts Spice’s apology.
When Bambi confronts Spice, it doesn’t take long for the conversation to turn into a full-blown argument. Bambi argues that Amy said Spice told her a diss verse was recorded about her leading her to change her original verse. Spice says she never told Amy this. Insults fly after Spice tells Bambi that the real root of the issue is Bambi’s first verse was mediocre anyway.
Zell ends up dragging Amy once he feels like Bambi is about to get tag-teamed.
Yandy and Mendeecees have opened their eyes.
The cast gives updates during the end-of-the-season wrap-up. Zane and Ashley have turned over a new leaf. Sierra is still in the honeymoon phase. Karlie is ready to put herself first now that things are rocky with TLo.
Bambi thinks Ray could be husband material. She’s also determined to spend more time in the recording studio after Spice downplayed her music career.
Scrappy thinks his new baby is a blessing despite how the child was conceived.
Mendeecees and Yandy are focused on their family and empire. But they won’t forget Rasheeda and Kirk might have shown them they aren’t friends after all. Meanwhile, Kirk and Rasheeda are grateful the custody battle with Jasmine is over. They just hope they never have to head back to court.
What are your thoughts on the season finale?
Congratulations Scrappy on your new addition to your family. I believe there will be some firings for the new season ahead along with some casts members leaving.
The season finale was so underwhelming! There were no good wrap-ups. Spice’s school video looked tired. Renni Ruch looked beautiful, but as usual she had no worthy lines. Sierra looked silly with all those bows in her hair. And no one in their right mind sincerely listened to anything Yandy and Mendeecees had to say. The only entertainment we got was when The Bam snapped on Spice. I would have preferred a scripted show at this point. Can we just get a season finale do over please?
