Andy Cohen backed up Porsha Williams during the RHOA reunion.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” stars Porsha Williams and Shamea Morton‘s friendship was tested while they filmed Season 16. Porsha feels that the real issue is that Shamea discussed her grievances with the friendship with some of the other women in the group. Porsha was under the impression that she and Shamea had moved on from their past issues. However, Shamea told Drew Sidora and Angela Oakley she still felt slighted. Her friendship with Porsha changed when she received her peach. This has resulted in Porsha feeling like Shamea has been intentionally trying to sabotage her image. Shamea denied this during part 2 of the reunion. In response, Porsha also confirmed that their mothers fell out first.
Porsha told Andy Cohen what happened in the final part of the reunion. In a preview, she told him their mothers were very close at one point. But Porsha’s mother was devastated when Shamea’s mother purchased her foreclosed daycare business behind her back. Porsha’s said what was done to her mother was “egregious.” Shamea feels like Porsha might have started to distance herself after this.
Porsha feels she still rode hard for Shamea. She didn’t like it when Shamea acted like she was upset about her joining RHOA. She asked Andy if she had been advocating for Shamea’s peach, and he said Porsha wanted Shamea on the show.
Another interesting moment occurred after Charles Oakley and the other men took the stage. He addressed Shamea, previously stating that they had met a couple of times before, and clarified that although they had attended the same event, they had never actually met.
Leave Phaedra off next season. Kenya should continue to be off. That’s it. Let’s just be fair about it

This season showed us the real Shamea. She is not a victim, she is very much a mean girl just like Porsha. Just like her mother, Shamea was never a real friend to Porsha or anyone. People like Shamea and her mother will pretend to be your friend to get what you have when you’re at your lowest. Now at the start of the season I sided with Shamea, but now I see Porsha didn’t lie for once. Shamea’s plan was to sabotage Porsha and become the new fan favorite. She failed miserably and it’s what she deserves. I’m also glad Charles called out her lies as well. Phaedra and Shamea really lied and said they knew Charles just so they could downplay his marriage and embarrass Angela. Nasty work.
