On the latest episode of “Belle Collective,” Lateshia hosts a community giveback event and brings the group together to focus on rebuilding the Collective. She tells the group that the goal is to figure out how they can “move forward.” She also wants to “start over.”

Here’s the recap for “Dearly Belle-loved”.

The ladies give back to the community.

Lateshia organizes a community giveback event with support from local partners. She explains the purpose behind the event and says, “Today we’re doing a Community Give Back,” reflecting on her upbringing and adds, “I was once that child whose parents did not have a lot…so being in the position that I’m in now, I’m always willing to help and give back.”

She also speaks on the importance of removing shame from food insecurity and says, “Food scarcity is nothing to be ashamed about, because a lot of people do go through this.” As she arrives and interacts with the group, she admits, “I do feel weird, I do feel a little awkward, but I’m showing up.”

As the event continues, Lateshia confirms she invited Glenn and says, “I want Glenn and Cliff to have a conversation.” She references their unresolved issues.

Glen and Cliff sit down to address their issues.

Before the sit-down, Lateshia says, “I need Glenn to understand that my brand is my brand, and my marriage is my marriage.” She prepares for the discussion.

When the men sit down, Cliff expresses disappointment in Glenn and says, “I looked up to you, and I still do,” before adding, “When you did that, it took a lot from me.” He also reveals the situation impacted communication, saying Latrice “didn’t want me to talk to you, period.”

In response, Glenn defends his actions and says, “I protected my wife… I’m just out there making sure that she’s good.” He also denies accusations about his behavior and says, “I never got in Latrice’s space.” He then adds, “Everywhere I show up, it’s chaos.”

Cliff pushes back, saying Glenn needs to “take responsibility.” He keeps the focus on accountability.

Marie receives blunt advice from her stepdaughter.

Marie spends time with her stepdaughter, Amber, and reflects on their relationship, saying Amber has been in her life since she was “11 months old.”

During their conversation, Amber addresses Marie’s relationship with Cedric directly, saying, “I’m not talking to him… I feel betrayed,” before adding, “It’s a pattern with you and my dad.” She tells Marie, “Y’all need to be separate.”

Marie agrees with Amber’s perspective and says, “He’s not capable of loving me the way that I deserve.” She acknowledges her past decisions and says, “I keep going back to what’s familiar.” However, Marie makes it clear, “I am not getting back with your father.”

When the topic shifts to dating, Marie says, “I’m on the dating apps,” prompting Amber to respond, “You getting the leftovers,” and suggest she meet men at places like the country club and charity events.

After hearing Amber out, Marie says, “I need to come off the dating app now.”

Tambra’s place in the Collective is questioned.

Lateshia gathers the group and says, “Today is for the rebuild, and how can we move forward, and how can we start over?”

As the discussion begins, Tambra explains her perspective on transparency, saying, “It’s a two-way street,” and adds that “my peace was a priority.” She opens up about her experience and says, “I was fighting postpartum depression.” In addition, she notes, “I did expect more support from some of the Belles.”

Lateshia responds by saying, “If you want support… you got to show up and tell us what’s going on.” She emphasizes the need for openness within the group.

The conversation continues with another Belle questioning Tambra’s commitment, saying, “Tambra wants the prestige, but she’s not interested in really getting to know us.” Tambra defends herself and says, “I definitely consider myself purpose-driven.”

A Belle then states, “If we can’t feel safe… it’s time to step away,” reinforcing the expectation of vulnerability within the Collective.

Kerri opens up about her business and questions Selena.

As the group remains seated, Kerri shares an update on her businesses and says, “These three restaurants are killing me.” She also reveals, “We’re thinking about selling.” Additionally, she adds that the situation has been weighing on her, saying, “Every time I start thinking about my business, it’s like a weight gets put on my shoulders.”

After discussing her businesses, Kerri brings up something she heard and acknowledges the discomfort before saying there was talk about “something about a baby.” She explains that the information came from a conversation involving the men. Kerri says she felt pressure to put everything on the table.

Selena responds immediately and makes her stance clear, saying, “If Mike stepped out on me and fathered a child, there’s no wedding… It’s over.”
