Matt continued trying to get Kerri, Marlene, and Kerri’s mother, Eleanor, to find common ground, but the conversation quickly unraveled. Kerri argued that Marlene’s concerns about family land had nothing to do with her. She said that she wasn’t stopping Matt from spending time in Greensburg. She said, “The one variable that it does not require is me.”
Marlene insisted that the property was intended for Matt and his children, not Kerri, and defended the way she handled her estate planning. When Kerri suggested putting both of their names on the land if it was truly for the family, Marlene stood by her decision. She said Matt would simply be responsible for paying his share.
Matt admitted he understood parts of both women’s perspectives but made it clear he had to prioritize his marriage. He said, “I agree with my wife, because one, that’s my wife, and I gotta live with my wife. I’m in the middle, so there’s no place to go but up.”
The discussion only grew more hostile as Marlene and Eleanor began arguing. Voices were raised, fingers were pointed, and the meeting ended without any resolution. As a result, Matt was left frustrated that his attempt to bring everyone together had once again fallen apart.

Selena met with Tambra and Latrice to continue searching for the perfect wedding dress, but choosing one proved to be easier said than done. After trying on multiple gowns, she admitted she has gone through nearly 40 dresses. This is because she keeps second-guessing what she wants for her big day.
Although Selena loved several of the designs, she still couldn’t commit to one. She said, “When Mike lays his eyes on me, I want him to just be like, ‘That’s my bride.'” Even after finding dresses she admired, Selena revealed she was still waiting on two more options. She wanted to see those before making her final decision.
The conversation then shifted to her upcoming bridal shower. Selena acknowledged that she still had several details to finalize, including décor and table settings. Since her event planner lives out of town, the bridal shower would be the first time they would meet in person.
Tambra and Latrice couldn’t help but notice how much Selena still had on her plate with the wedding quickly approaching. Despite feeling overwhelmed, Selena remained optimistic and said everything would eventually come together. Even as her indecision continued to create more stress leading up to the ceremony, she stayed hopeful.

Marie shares her vision for her family’s future.
Marie invited her father, her son Jay, and her daughter Zuri to tour a facility she purchased years ago. The building is now being renovated for her business. After deciding not to renew the lease at another location because of a significant rent increase, Marie said it made more sense to invest in a property she owns. Once renovations are complete, the building will provide mental health services.
As they walked through the facility, Marie explained that she wanted her children to understand the importance of building generational wealth. She told them, “This is y’all legacy.” She also reminded them that learning the family business now could create opportunities for them in the future.
Marie then surprised her family by revealing that she plans to retire later this year after reaching a major career milestone. She said, “I am officially retiring on December the fifth,” adding that the year marks 20 years since she started her business. Although she intends to step back from day-to-day operations, she said she will still check in to ensure everything continues running smoothly.
When Jay joked about eventually turning part of the business into a dispensary, Marie encouraged him to master the existing business before pursuing other ventures. She stressed that the current company could eventually help finance his own dreams. Marie reminded her children that taking care of the family business would allow it to take care of them for years to come.

Later, Tambra and Demond finally carved out time for a date night after months of focusing on family responsibilities. Tambra admitted it had been a long time since they had gone out together. She explained that life changed significantly after Demond’s mother passed away. She said it felt good to reconnect without the usual distractions.
While they were away, Latrice and Cliff watched London-Symone. Keeping up with the energetic toddler proved challenging for Latrice. She quickly realized just how much attention a young child requires. She joked, “I definitely want to call in a nanny for her,” after chasing London-Symone around the house.
Their conversation eventually turned to the embryos Tambra still has in storage. Tambra revealed that a recent storage payment made her reconsider whether she wants to have another child. She said, “I do believe that family is so important, siblings are important,” but admitted she still hasn’t made a final decision.
Demond acknowledged that time is a factor and encouraged Tambra to think about how another child would change their lives. Although she remained uncertain, Tambra said she knows a decision will have to be made sooner rather than later.

Selena celebrates with the Belles at her bridal shower.
Selena’s bridal shower gave her a chance to put wedding planning aside and enjoy an evening with her closest family and friends. Surrounded by her bridal party and the other Belles, Selena became emotional as she thanked everyone for supporting her throughout the wedding process. She said, “You guys have been so amazing. I love everyone here. Thank you all for coming out.”
