The Braxtons have announced the passing of Trina Braxton’s husband, Von Scales.
Trina Braxton expressed concern about the health of her husband, Von Scales, while filming “The Braxtons.” He had been dealing with heart issues and was hospitalized during Towanda Braxton‘s wedding. Sadly, Trina and the Braxtons recently confirmed that Von passed away last Thursday, around 2 AM in Atlanta. A representative for the Braxton family tells TMZ:
“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton.” The statement concluded with, “The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers, but is asking for privacy at this time as they navigate this unfortunate event.
Von was 58 years old.
