Actor Micheal B. Jordan nailed his role in “Creed,” and some were suspecting he could actually get some attention from the Academy Awards.

But much like the outcome from the hype surrounding his past role in “Fruitvale Station,” sources seem to think he may have been snubbed yet again for an Oscar nomination.

  1. I guess he got a reminder that he’s black. Maybe now he won’t snub his black supporters or feel the need to be silent on issues affecting the black community.

  2. This is why he shouldn’t have tried to kiss white people a-s. After all that a-s kissing, they still don’t see it for him.

    1. Lol..came looking for you. .but they always get that reality check. The only person they talked about was Sly Stallone.

  3. He’s a great actor but he needs to remember he’s still black. He won’t get an Oscar nom until he plays a slave or drug dealer.

  4. Welp. I enjoyed the movie but after all the idiotic things he’s said, I can’t say I feel bad for him. I hope he now sees why it’s important to have pride in his race. You can never make society forget you’re black. So embrace it and stand up for your people. Don’t put us down to advance yourself.

  5. The powers to be are just reminding him that no matter how much he tap dances, he still won’t be one of them. I’ll be glad when these black actors stop wanting Oscars. They do nothing but jinx people anyway.

  6. Stop it…Creed was very good but it wasn’t oscar worthy. Fruitvale station was a bit of a snub…probably because I’m from Oakland and it evokes emotion, but Creed, nahhhh.

  7. This young man is going to see firsthand that he can’t escape his blackness no matter how hard he tries. This is just the beginning. I wish him the best though because he’s very talented. Just a little too naive for my taste.
