DMX isn’t a fan of Nicki Minaj. Although Nicki has gone on to become a huge pop star and one of the mos successful female rappers of this generation, it appears that she hasn’t managed to gain a fan in the Ruff Ryder rapper. And although DMX isn’t the only rapper to publicly come forward with his disgust with Nicki Minaj, he seems to be one of the most reckless with his blatant shading. One of the beefs DMX is said to have with Nicki Minaj is that he feels like she’s taken parts of his rapping style and mixed them in with her own, all without giving credit to who influenced her as an artist. So when he gets asked about Nicki Minaj in his interviews, his response is usually one that makes it very clear that he won’t be learning to love the Head Barbie anytime soon.
In are recent interview with Global Grind, when DMX was asked about how he felt about Nicki Minaj and her use of alter egos in her music, DMX proceeded to go in. And it’s obvious that he doesn’t take too kindly to Nicki’s alternate egos considering that he feels like he incorporated alternate egos into his music first, before Nicki even got signed to Young Money, and before there even was a Young Money.

Recently, Nicki Minaj rapped that she was endorsing Mitt Romney, and President Obama responded by saying, “I don’t know if that was Nicki Minaj, it may have been one of her alter egos.” Many people don’t know you’re one of the first rappers to create an alter ego.
Yeah, a few of them. There are more than a few floating around up in there.
I kind of feel like you inspired Nicki Minaj to come up with all those characters she has. She has the little evil boy “Roman” and you had “Damien.”

Go ahead and get your little shots in, but we all know Nicki’s success will continue to be unmatched by any female rapper and all of the washed up male rappers like DMX. All they can do is talk sh-t in their interviews. Nicki just needs to start giving these bitter bishes tissues, since all they want to do is cry and whine about what they think she “stole” from them. If Nicki does “steal” your style and makes more money from it than you did when you were “hot,” you can’t be mad at no one but yourself.
