The drama between Halle Berry, her fiance Oliver Martinez, and ex boyfriend Gabrel Aubry continues to get even crazier. Things got pretty crazy in Halle Berry’s life when she witnessed her fiance Oliver Martinez and ex Gabriel Aubry get into a very violent fist fight. The fight left both men with injuries, but Gabriel Aubry had to seek treatment in a nearby hospital for broken ribs. His face also suffered many contusions, but the biggest blow to Aubry would be the restraining order that was promptly filed by Halle and Oliver. The restraining order prohibits Gabriel from going anywhere near Halle, Oliver, and most importantly Nahla.
The restraining order made many people suspect that Halle and Oliver had intentionally set up Gabriel, especially since Halle just lost a child custody case that prohibits her from moving to France with her daughter Nahla.
Well now it appears that Gabriel has also been granted his own restraining order. It has been reported that he had his lawyer go to the court today to file for a restraining order against Oliver. According to the NY Daily News, the court did grant Aubry the restraining order.
It’s also being reported that the surveillance cameras on Halle Berry’s property were not filming any footage during the time of the altercation, making it even harder for Gabriel to disprove Halle and Oliver’s original claims.
Interestingly enough, some alleged statements from the application for the restraining order have been leaked to Radar Online. And according to the statements, Aubry swore under oath that Oliver threatened to kill him and even told him that he wanted to “beat the sh*t” out of him the day before the brawl:
According to the sworn declaration within his TRO application, Gabriel took his daughter Nahla to her school play the day before Thanksgiving. Halle and Olivier also went and Aubry alleges that Olivier walked up to him and whispered in French in his ear: “I wish I could beat the s**t out of you right now. You’re lucky we’re in a school right now. We’re going to take Nahla right now and you’re not going to follow us.”
The following day, Gabriel arrived at Halle’s home with Nahla around 10 a.m. Gabriel states in his declaration that contrary to their usual arrangement, Olivier was the first to come out of the door – stating that normally he is met by a nanny. Gabriel then claims in his TRO application that Olivier said: “We need to talk.”
Gabriel goes on to allege that he turned his back on Olivier and walked towards his car. Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier jumped off the stairs and knocked him to the ground before brutally beating him. Gabriel also claims in his sworn declaration that Olivier screamed that he has cost them $3 million in their custody battle.
Gabriel then claims in the court documents that Olivier took his head in his hands and slammed it on the concrete driveway and raged that the family was going to move to Paris and Gabriel should follow too or Olivier would kill him.
Then, Gabriel claims in his sworn declaration, Olivier said, “We called the cops,” and when they arrive, “you’re going to tell them that you’re the one who attacked me, or I’m going to kill you.”
