Katt Williams has had a crazy few months. It appears just by a series of events, arrests, lawsuits, and melt downs that the very funny comedian is spiraling out of control. Williams has reportedly been acting erratic on stage during his recent stand up performances, he’s allegedly assaulted several people with some being fans and others being his own employees, and then he’s racking in the lawsuits with the recent one filed being from a disgruntled fan who claims they spent over $1000 to see Katt perform, while he opted to stand on stage and rant instead. Some people cite drug use for Katt’s recent bizarre behavior, but the comedian claims that he is not on any hard drugs, and only relies on alcohol and marijuana for recreational use.
Although the comedian seems to be getting arrested every other week, he might have really gotten himself into trouble with his last bout with the cops. The cops in Sacramento claim the comedian started a high speed chase when he refused to slow down for cops and proceeded to run a red light. Williams is said to be looking at a possible felony for riding a 3 wheeler that did not have a license plate. It was also reported that he almost struck several passengers during the chase. It is also alleged that Katt struck a Target employee. It was said by law enforcement that they did obtain a copy of the video in which Katt can be seen striking a Target employee in the face.
Welp, it looks like the video was released and it’s everywhere. The incident took place at a Target in Woodland, California. Peep it:
In related news, Katt has been arrested again. This time the comedian was arrested in Seattle. According to reports, he was arrested Sunday afternoon for attacking a family at a bar. Spagenthal-Lee , the department spokesman in King County, says:
“During the incident Williams exchanged words with patrons in the bar, brandished a pool cue at a bar manager and refused to leave the business. At one point during the altercation, Williams followed a family outside of the bar where, as the family got into their car, Williams flicked a cigarette through a car window at a woman, striking her just below her eye. Williams also threw a rock at the family’s car.”
Spagenthal-Lee also stated that Katt was also involved in another incident on Friday following his performance:
“Following Williams’ Friday evening show, Williams was involved in an altercation with three fans. The fans claimed Williams had attacked them after they tried to take a photo with him after the show. However, Williams claimed the fans had forced their way into his dressing room, and denied assaulting anyone. Following the incident, Williams told officers he planned to cancel his Saturday night show, and head out of town. Apparently that didn’t happen.”
Williams is expected to have a bond hearing on Monday afternoon.
