Is Tahiry married with herpes? Again, it appears that the drama that is taking place off cameras is more interesting than what we’ve seen so far on season three of Love and Hip Hop. The current cast of the hit VH1 reality series and product of Mona Scott Young seems to be having a slew of legal issues and baby mama drama so extreme that we’re kind of wondering why these things weren’t filmed for the show. As we recently reported, Rich Dollaz was arrested for not showing up to a court ordered paternity test, and Erica Mena has been going after his potential baby mama furiously on Twitter. Then there’s Mandeecees Harris, Yandy Smith’s boo and baby daddy, who is currently on trial for child molestation and was also arrested for some pretty serious charges related to drugs. Even Consequence and his girlfriend Jen the Pen are more interesting when the cameras aren’t rolling, as they dropped a dime on Kim Kardashian and Kanye West a couple of weeks ago.
Although Mona Scott Young intended for Joe Budden and Tahiry Jose’s storyline to be the ratings magnet, it just hasn’t been. And the season isn’t taking off the way Mona thought it would. Tahiry has been relatively quiet compared to other LHH stars (besides those text messages she threw in Joe Budden’s current boo Kaylin’s face), but now it appears that she’s in the middle of her own controversy.
Apparently, a report claims that a source has some major dirt on Tahiry and they are ready to expose her. According to Gossip Daily, said source sent a letter to Mona Scott Young suggesting Tahiry is actually married and even alleged that she has herpes. The said person also sent a copy of her alleged marriage license.
The insider even claims that Tahiry is set to go forward with all of these secrets in an upcoming documentary. Apparently the man was very wealthy and Tahiry was compensated for the marriage monthly.

To Mona Young Scott,Monami Ent. & VH1
You previously received an email about 4 months ago letting you know that a documentary was being produced about Tahiry Jose who is a cast member on your show (see below). You were advised to do your due diligence on her, to avoid any problems that may arise, you ignored that advise. I can now confirm what in detail will be in the documentary that will be in four parts. As we made you aware Mrs. Jose has an incurable STD (Herpes) and has been and is sleeping with men knowingly willfullyand intentionally without disclosing the disease she carries, exposing these gentlemen, to her disease. It has been confirmed that she has indeed passed this disease on to men who did not know her STD status. The documentary is comprised of 70 hrs. of video footage of Mrs. Jose talking candidly of her disease, the man she got it from (who is in the industry), the men she has been slept with, emails, texts, pictures, a copy of her prescription her medical records have also been obtained. Although her own commentary is quite good enough. She also discusses Emily B who apparently knows of her disease as she states in her commentary, Kim K, and Amber Rose all in a bad light. There is also a copy of her marriage license! Yes Tahiry is married. She married for money and was paid monthly. A copy of her marriage license has been obtained. There are also 3 sex tapes of well-known entertainers who are engaged in sex with her unprotected. To name a few of the many she will mention Trey Songz, French Montana,Vado, Von Smith, Play from PlayN Skillz and Drake who she actually has a heated argument with a female about how she is trying to get pregnant to have a come up… Shocking yes! Tahiry knowingly and willful exposure of this disease falls under the “Willful exposure” laws which typically apply only to persons who have intentionally affected others through unprotected vaginal or anal sexual activity. The accused person must know they have Herpes, (which she does) must have failed to tell their partner of their disease status. This is punishable by law and carries a prison term; Civil Action is also a remedy.This brings you Mona Scottand VH1 into play. An Editorial will be written and published in numerous major publications and NY newspapers of how you and VH1 were informed (a copy of the email that was sent to you will be published too), and you still chose toignorethe possibility of what is still being perpetuated by her by simply doing your due diligence. You have given Tahiry Jose a platform which has enabled her to meet men she would of otherwise not have and exposed them to this disease which she has, all in furtherance since becoming a part of your cast. So you do hold some liability. Your responsibility was to protect thepublic. Yet you chose to have this type of woman idolized for your own financial benefit. Please take note there is one gentleman contemplating bringing a civil suit against Tahiry. That brings us to Joe Budden who through our investigative research also has the disease and has passed it on to young woman who have come forward. Tahiry speaks on Joe in the footage and confirms he does indeed have it also. So now you have a double edged sword. The piece onMona Scott and VH1 will also explain how the show is not actually a reality show and is indeed scripted for the scenes are actually set up and planned, with use of extras. Retakes are actually done of scenes that are planned out. Cast members like Mrs. Jose and others are on record for saying this. There is no reality in staged scenes! This is almost all of the scenes that you have shown and recorded. Even recently on the filming in DR. The show is actually perpetuating a fraud on the general public by claiming to be reality and civil action can be filed against MonaScott and VH1 this will also be published. You are once again put on notice. Any questions please feel free to respond via email. All parties cc’d will receive a copy of the documentary also.

Concerning one of your new Cast Members for “Love & Hip Hop” Tahiry Jose. Who is considered a health risk in the urban industry as she carries a serious STD and has been involved with numerous athletes and well know international recording artists.We are advising that in due time a video/documentary will be uploaded which will include commentary from her personally, as well as documented facts and video concerning her sexual exploits with numerous industry people with the malicious and deliberate intent in exposing these gentlemen to the disease that she carries without their knowledge or concern for their welfare or safe being. All for the possible advancement of career or monetary opportunity. In so VH1 / Monami Ent., may be held liable if the act is continued, through the proposed show as a vehicle.
Her participation in the show will give her access to more possible future sexual partners unaware of the exposure to the virus she carries which continuously exposes innocent victims to a lifelong disease as she has already done!
As the above mentioned video will be released, more victims will surface and lawsuits are sure to come.

First of all, Mona is making money hand over fist for L&HH.Ratings or not she still got paid for this season and will get paid for the next.She probably has a contract with VH1 to provide them with X amount of seasons of this show(NY&ATL).Now, this Tahiry story is all BS. Look at the certificate, it says married in 04 but the bottom of it has 2011. This is another fake story,maybe planted to get more people to watch.The whole Yandy and Mendeecees was a publicity stunt to show another side to him .They showed him as a family man, maybe to sway potential jurors? Who knows! It was revealed that he had two other women at the time he was seeing Yandy(who with her behavior,has shown me she is a hoodrat with a job).Back to Tahiry, those letters to Mona were filled with typos BTW, keep believing this dumb twitter stuff and stop hating on Tahiry! We know some of you are jealous of that big Dominican booty!
You made a good point on the “license ” in question. How could you get married on June 2004 and on February 2011 and it’s on the same document. Smh.

Well she wouldn’t be the only one if this was true. What people have to remember is women that get on for their booties and bodies aren’t being kept because they are attractive. That are usually doing some hooker type ish to keep that lifestyle. I don’t put anything past a female that has a career because she has a big booty.
Mona must be getting desperate to save these ratings. Can we get a post on how the show is doing ratings wise? For the last few days, this cast has been off the chain. It just reeks of desperation. The show must be doing pretty bad.

I have a marriage license and if you look @ this one check out the dates she supposely got married in 2004 but on the bottom the license was generated in 2011. My was generated in the same year sh-t and the same month we were married. Someone is just really mad @Tahiry..
That marriage license is fake. As Joanna stated above the dates do ot match. Also I got.married in the bx and the address is different. The real address is 3025 Grand Concourse. The zip is 10467. Close but not correct. Poor Tahiry you pissed someone off..
Umm that is the real address of the courthouse I don’t know there was another court house other than the one that’s right on 161. Since when was it near bedford park, when did they make that change? The dates don’t have to match could have been pulled up on that date? Have ya thought of that? Anyways who cares about them they making money since when they were important?

Tahiry was married in June of 2004 but you’re reading the certificate wrong…it was FILED on July 11th…the last part of the 04 was erased or didn’t come thru. I mean really, why would the 11 be above the 20? DUH!

However, if you look up Herpes 70% or more of the population has it, whether you’re asymptomatic (it lies dormant and you never get an infection) or symptomatic (you get chronic infections). Most people don’t realize they have it because they’re asymptomatic. Herpes can be genital or a cold sore. So if you get cold sores, you have a form of herpes. Damn, though it can be sexual transmitted and there is no cure for it, IT’S NOT HIV OR AIDS. You’re speaking of her, but not the nasty bastard who gave it to her (if she has it) and didn’t tell her he had it. The woman is always wrong and the man is the innocent victim in all of this.
