Last weekend was the CIAA, and if you’ve ever participated in the activities, then you know it’s not uncommon for entertainers to make an appearance and make it rain in a “adult dancer” club during the festivities. Rappers in particular have a habit of doing it a little more than anyone else, and Young Money’s big star rapper Drake seems to be no exception to the norm. According to reports, he made it rain something serious in a North Carolina club over the CIAA weekend. Onlookers say he spent a huge amount of cash, and couldn’t have made the dancers any happier with his flossing. TMZ reports the rapper spent about $50,000, therefore making it actually “hurricane” on the “dancers.”

Drake rolled into a club in Charlotte, opened a CARDBOARD BOX filled with bricks of cash, and TMZ has pics of the $50,000 rainstorm he unleashed on the dancers.
It all went down at Cameo Nightclub, and by the time Drake was done there was so much cash … it literally carpeted the floor.
We’re told another rapper named Bleu Davinci chipped in an additional $25,000.
We understand that it is Drake’s money and he can do whatever he wants with his money, but we have to question if he’s still managing to be smart with his earnings considering that Cash Money Records has a longstanding reputation of cheating out their own artists. We’re still baffled by how dirty they did Mannie Fresh, the producer that was behind all the hits that made the record label big in the first place.
With all that said, we hope Drake is being smart and not spending money he can’t afford to.
Well it is HIS money but I can’t help but cringe that he’s wasting it own trashy dancers. I hope he’s investing it too.
These rappers just don’t learn. That $50,000 could have started a business. Smh.
Or a scholarship. Either way, he’s grown, it’s his, and he’s going to spend it how he wants. I just think that was stupid.
That’s too much like right. Unfortunately rappers have to uphold some kind of tacky image where making it rain is required.
When he realizes how much Baby and them have been raping his pockets, he’s going to wish he wasn’t throwing money away like this. #shrug
