Lil Wayne has had several bouts with hospitals and seizures for the last several months, and his recent health issues have many speculating that it could be the result of drinking syrup. The rapper’s love for syrup has placed him in the middle of controversy several times, but Wayne insists his seizures are actually a result of epilepsy. But Wayne’s epilepsy admission wasn’t enough to keep his former Hot Boys group member Turk from allegedly speaking out about Lil Wayne’s alleged substance abuse issue in a recent interview. Turk said:
“I used to be in a circle where I was caught up with some drugs. I used to do h*roin and c*caine, I used to shoot h*roin and c*caine like an old n*gga. When I was 15, 16 years-old, couldn’t nobody tell me nothing. The only thing I can say on that situation is when you under the influence of anything that’s altering your mind, anything out loud will come out your mouth. … It’s those drugs that’s overpowering you, it’s those spirits overpowering you. Wayne like a little brother to me and I know that’s not Wayne. When I see certain pictures of him, I know that’s not Wayne. When I see Wayne, I see the Lil Wayne when we used to be in the Holiday Inn doing things together, battling in the studio — that’s the Wayne I see. … I’d rather not talk about the Wayne that’s happening today because I don’t know that Wayne. I can’t speak on that Wayne. I was gone the whole time.”
Turk reached out to Urban Belle and EXCLUSIVELY told us his statements were “taken out of context.” He tells us:
“My words were taken out of context, I was never speaking on anyone, It was about me.”
Turk’s rep goes on to say things were blown out of proportion because certain bloggers wanted attention.

He clearly was talking about Lil Wayne that’s why he said his name. It’s a shame he can’t even be honest without Baby shutting him down.
Baby must be a real G because he seems to have all the ex hot boys in check. Even Mannie Fresh is scared to talk bad about CMB. What does he do these people to keep them in line like this?
I think he’s just a real street dude. To be honest, I think Weezy is scared of him too. He wanted to sign with Jay-Z and Baby shut him down. He has a lot of control over people.
I love how everyone on here can see right though this “statement.” LOL.
