Kenya Moore evicted from mansion? The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star might be “Gone with the Wind Fabulous” but it looks like her Atlanta mansion might be gone with the wind too. As we reported recently, Kenya was slapped with a lawsuit from her landlord who claimed in the court documents that the reality queen was late on her rent. Kenya of course denied the claims and decided to hit back by filing a defamation lawsuit against her landlord. According to Kenya, her landlord’s lawsuit and claims were just an attempt to ruin her reputation and embarrass her in the media. However, it looks like the judge for the case disagrees with her completely, as it’s being reported Kenya not only got the boot from her house but the judge also dismissed her defamation lawsuit. Radar Online reports:

A judge in Fulton County, Ga., ruled in favor of Moore’s landlord on Tuesday, who had sued the former Miss USA for failing to make the full rent payment for May — she was $848 short — and defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.

The former Miss USA failed to turn up in court to respond to the complaint.

“The decision to file this eviction notice regarding Ms. Moore was reached after pursuing every possible amicable way to settle this matter privately. I am grateful that the judicial system has brought finality to this eviction process and I look forward to regaining possession of my home.”

…Moore had filed her own lawsuit against Weems for wrongful eviction, slander and emotional distress — that too was dismissed, Weems’ lawyer Linecia L. Gilmore told Radar.

The site goes on to say the landlord is currently out of town for business, so Kenya actually has a few days to pack her things and relocate because the Sheriff may require the owner of the home be present for the move.

  1. LOL. Kenya thought she was going to one up the landlord. Nah son. The courts can see you didn’t pay your rent boo.

  2. I’m sure Kenya will just get on Twitter and say it was nothing but a conspiracy against her because the judge and landlord are “threatened” by her. You know, the usual BS.

  3. Smh. Pay your Mortgage/Rent First! Success is only another form of failure, if we forget what our priorities should be.

  4. Now twirl, now twirl, now twirl, now twirl your butt out of that house….you say you rich.. I say you’re lying, now twirl…
