Stephon Marbury chef affair rumors confirmed by Tasha Marbury? Tasha Marbury is a newbie to “Basketball Wives” this season. And already she is being put on the spot and questioned about the rumored affair that happened between her husband former NBA player Stephon Marbury and their ex-personal chef. According to reports, Stephon Marbury had an affair with former personal chef Thurayyah Mitchell. To ensure she kept quiet about the affair, Tasha and Stephon agreed to pay her nearly $1 million in hush money however Thurayyah claimed she stopped receiving payments at one point. A few of Tasha’s BBW cast mates were wondering just how true the chef story was and decided to ask her about the situation during dinner.
In a sneak peek clip of Monday night’s upcoming episode, Suzie makes a bold move at the dinner table and asks Tasha if the rumors about the chef affair involving Stephon were true. Evelyn Lozada says Suzie’s question made her uncomfortable at the table as she knows Tasha is trying to move past the whole incident. Tasha kept her cool though and responds to Suzie by saying:
“It’s a true story…It happened. It’s over with. It’s in the past. Things happen. Why y’all get all…I saw Tami head ducking and dodging. What you ducking and dodging for?”
Tami then accuses Suzie of being rude for questioning Tasha about her personal business at the dinner table. Suzie wasn’t happy about Tami’s move as she says Tami was the one who told her to ask Tasha about the story in the first place. Tasha continues by saying she isn’t going to keep talking about the chef affair and that her husband made a mistake:
“It did happen. And I don’t have a problem discussing or talking about it. But it’s not gonna be something that I talk about forever ’cause it’s old, it’s stale. It is what it is…Listen, we all make mistakes.”
Suzie makes things awkward again when she questions Tasha about the chef’s looks and asks her if the woman was good looking. Still keeping her composure, Tasha says:
“Girl, let’s not give that child too much energy…Let her take her little money and keep it moving…She saw a come up and she ran with it.”

First and foremost if I was married and I found out about a mistress I would not be trying to pay her off. Girl bye she is a weak woman. When in a marriage do you get comfortable paying of your husbands mistress. Still not interested in any of these hasbeen.
Yet she’s still married to him. Crazy.
She’s pretty weak to have stayed and then cosigned her husband paying the mistress off. Some of these females will tolerate anything just to be able to say they are married to a professional athlete.

I knew she was weak when she said she was doing the show to step out of her husband’s shadow. A real woman would start a business, travel more, or start a charity to step outside their husband’s shadow. Not join Basketball Wives.
Maybe that’s why she is doing the show. lol. She needs to get some more money to start the business.

Weak?!?! I don’t agree with that…Maybe she loves him enough to stay and really does trust that it’ll never happen again. I myself would never stay with anyone who would cheat on our marriage but I do understand people who do work things out. Maybe she figures he pays her enough to stay lol I might would stay just to spitefully spend all his money.
