The prosecutors in George Zimmerman trial threw case on purpose? The George Zimmerman murder trial was one that was watched very closely by millions across the nation as the former neighborhood watch volunteer went on trial for fatally shooting 17-year-old Florida teen Trayvon Martin. After various individuals close to the case took the stand to give their testimonies, a verdict was finally reached as a jury composed of six women voted George Zimmerman not guilty of the murder of Trayvon Martin. The acquittal of George Zimmerman sparked numerous protests and marches. And many people, including a number of entertainers, have come together to show their support of Trayvon and his family by boycotting the state of Florida. The supporters of Trayvon Martin and his family are pleased to know that their voices are being heard and a change in the “Stand Your Ground” law in Florida may be on its way very soon.

The trial wrapped up a few months ago and many are still very skeptical about how things turned out as they believe there was some bias involved throughout the entire trial. Two members of the jury spoke out about the trial with one in particular admitting to being persuaded by the other jurors to change her crucial vote to not guilty. As the jurors were catching heat over their votes, many people felt the prosecution didn’t do their job in proving George Zimmerman murdered Trayvon Martin. Supposedly the prosecutors didn’t  fight hard to win the case because they were trying to purposely blow it.

Medical examiner Dr. Shiping Bao gave his questionable testimony during the trial as he changed up his statements in reference to how long he thought Trayvon Martin was alive after he got shot.  After recently getting fired from the medical examiner’s office, it has been revealed that Dr. Bao is preparing a $100 million lawsuit with his lawyer.

Dr. Bao’s attorney Willie Gary tells WFTV that Dr. Bao claims the state attorney’s office and Sanford Police Department were biased against Trayvon Martin and appeared as though they felt Trayvon got what he deserved. Gary goes on to say Dr. Bao was ready to bring forth proof that Trayvon Martin was not the one who started the fight with George Zimmerman. Attorney Gary says Dr. Bao was told to keep quiet about it during the trial:

“He was in essence told to zip his lips. ‘Shut up. Don’t say those things.'”

Attorney Gary also says the prosecution made sure not to ask Dr. Bao the questions that would have been crucial to them winning the case:

“He wanted a question that would have allowed him to explain to the jury with scientific evidence how there was no way Trayvon Martin could have been on top of George Zimmerman.”

  1. This is believable because they did a horrible job and at times it did seem like they were throwing the case. GZ may have pulled the trigger but it’s so sad because so many people have Trayvon’s blood on their hands. I hope that jury, prosecutors, and the police live with the guilt the rest of their lives. R.I.P Trayvon.

  2. They really didn’t act like they were trying to win the case. But God will deal with everyone involved. This was nothing but a show to get black people to shut up.

  3. Smh…. All of them are eventually going to have to pay for what they’ve done, God will have the final say! And I can’t wait to see what karma they face….

  4. I’ve always felt that the prosecution did a shoddy job at trying this case, I think they basically went through the motions of a trial to appease those of us outraged by Trayvon’s death. Even after the trial when Angela Corey spoke I felt that she was just glad that it was over and didn’t particularly care. I am a Criminal Justice major and I want so badly for this to not be true, because I reside in Florida and if it is this would make me seriously rethink the field as a whole. If it is true though Dr.Bao is about to be paid because Willie Gary is a beast in the courtroom.

  5. This is so messed up. But I can’t say I’m surprised because it all makes sense. They never planned on putting George in jail. His Dad had too many connections and they were all in on it.

  6. He’s about to get paid. I jusy hope Trayvon’s parents get justice somehow. Especially since the trial was fixed.

  7. Not a shocker at all. In fact, i started to feel like the trial was fixed because it just seemed like at times the prosecutors weren’t even trying.

  8. This is disgusting. I hope everyone involved thinks about Trayvon Martin every single day for the rest of their lives…

  9. He sucked as a medical examiner! He contradicted himself throughout the trial! He completely discredited himself in court. So now even if his statements are true, they are null and void. Since he claimed he could change his opinion “every hour if I want to.” Then he claimed to not remember anything at all! Nothing and acted like he was proud of that. Fool! It was a botched case and he helped them botch it up even more.

    1. WELL SAID! The entire case was a joke! Only reason they put any attention to the case was because the blogs shed light on the situation
