Kevin Hart divorce comedy pilot gets picked up by ABC? Kevin Hart is most definitely on top of the comedy world at the moment as the comedian’s career has been moving in a very positive direction. Kevin teamed up with several of his celebrity friends for his show “Real Husbands of Hollywood.” And the show was a slam dunk for BET as the network was more than willing to bring it back for other another season. Kevin’s stand-up film “Let Me Explain” was just as big of a hit as his pseudo reality TV show was with its first season and he now is about to get a shot at transforming the stand-up act into a series with ABC.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC committed to a pilot for a half-hour comedy TV show centered around Kevin’s stand-up routine which will be penned and produced by Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan. The show will focus on the life of a formerly married couple trying to maintain a friendship with each other for the sake of their children. Kevin Hart has no plans of starring in the show but may appear in a few episodes here and there if the series gets the official green light.

In related news, rapper/actor T.I. continues to prove he has the skills to hang with some of the big time actors and actresses. And he is keeping the TV roles coming for himself outside of his hit family show “T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle.” Tip is set to do a multiple-episode arc on season 3 of Showtime’s comedy series “House Of Lies,” Deadline reports. For his stint on the show, T.I. will be taking on the role of Lukas who co-owns a clothing company with his childhood friend Dre played by actor Mekhi Phifer.

Congrats to Kevin Hart and T.I.
