Rihanna has proven on numerous occasions that she is one of the most photogenic stars in music, and she’ll pose anywhere, even if it does get her kicked out of a mosque. The singer also loves to push boundaries and take risks with the photos that she does take and her latest photo shoot with GQ is no different. Rihanna nabbed the cover of the 25th issue, which also is a nod to the upcoming holiday Halloween. With the aid of photographer Damien Hirst she paid homage to Medusa. This has to be one of Rihanna’s most daring spreads to date. Check out the cover and snaps below:

“I made anger management serious. Anger is an emotion. There were things I had to deal with. You have to deal with it.”
And on her past addiction to cocaine (she battled drug addiction for five years), she says:
“I don’t want to go back. No matter what it is that you’re addicted to – you can be addicted to work – all it is, is an escapism. t’s escaping something, no matter what. For me, I came to my realisation at 29 that I didn’t like myself the way I was, and that was it.
“Every day is a new day – I’m no perfect human being. I’m just living and I’m just breathing.”

I absolutely love Naomi’s photos. She’s such a beauty and looks so elegant here. I’m glad she kicked that drug addiction and that she’s in a happier place.
I’m pretty sure Aaliyah did the photo shoot with snakes first for her vampire movie. And she didn’t have to get butt naked to pull it off either. *rolls eyes* Loving Naomi. She’s my fave.

Rihanna pulled this off effortlessly as always. Naomi is still one of the best to ever strut down the runway, so I’m not surprised she made this shoot her own. Both ladies did great.
