Rapper 50 Cent has been in the media plenty for the last couple of months for drama in his personal life and now that he’s made peace with his teenage son, it now appears his drama with his baby mama and former girlfriend Daphne Joy may finally be over, well at least for now. As we reported recently, the rapper was accused of assaulting Daphne in her own home and he was facing jail time for domestic violence charges. He was also accused of damaging numerous items in her condo. However, it’s now being reported that 50 caught a big break in the case and the domestic violence charges have been dropped, so there will be no jail time.

TMZ reports 50 Cent struck a plea deal with prosecutors to get the domestic violence charges dropped, and he agreed to plead no contest to one count of misdemeanor vandalism instead.

He was also sentenced to three years of probation and 30 days of community service. He will also attend counseling sessions and he has to pay $7,100 in restitution to his ex.

The restraining order taken out on 50 by Daphne is still in effect but it’s unclear if he will get his guns back (which were taken away previously during his arrest).

    1. Future ain’t that much better. He cheats on Ciara all the time. She’s stupid for getting engaged to him too.

  1. Smh. 50 needs to get his anger issues under control. I guess he doesn’t think he has to though since his lawyer can keep him out of jail.

  2. A hot mess. He needs therapy if he’s cool with kicking down a woman’s door and tearing up her place. If he was a normal dude, he wouldn’t have gotten off. Celebs annoy me with their self entitled a-ses.

  3. Oh well I’m sure he will brag about this on Twitter soon. He always did think it was some big joke that he trashed her place and kicked her
