Beyonce has her fans questioning when their Queen Bey will release her fifth studio album, and although songwriter Ne-Yo and producer Pharrell Williams claim it’s a banger from what they have already heard, there still hasn’t been on official release date released to the public.

Earlier there were rumors that Bey’s album would drop in November and it was even talk that she would release her first single this month. However, there’s hasn’t been much released except a few snippets of possible album tracks and a snippet of what many believe is a new music video.

The singer has even been spotted filming music videos in various locations, but her rep said a few weeks ago that a release date had not been set.

Well it looks like Columbia Records Chairman Rob Stringer may have just given the BeyHive a little information to help them get through a December that may end without a new single. He confirmed that Beyonce’s album will be dropping next year, despite earlier reports.

When asked by Hits Daily Double what he’s looking forward to from his label in 2014, Stringer says:

“At the beginning of next year we’ve got Broken Bells and Bruce Springsteen. Then we’ve got Lea Michele from Glee coming, and we’ve got Foster the People up next. Then we’ve got Pharrell and Solange, and obviously, at some point Beyonce will put a record out, and when she does it will be monumental. So we’re in really, really good shape.”

  1. LOL @ him saying at some point. Bey is a boss. She’s releasing the album when she feels good and ready and no one can do anything about it. I love it.

    1. Right. She’s at that point where they figure she can do what she wants and still win in the end. And that’s true. The BeyHive will not disappoint. LOL.

  2. Well Rihanna didn’t release an album this year either. They are both at the point where they don’t have to release albums every year and can do what they want. I’m happy to see two black women doing it big like that in the biz.

    1. The funny thing is folks were saying Rih can’t go a yer without dropping an album or she would fall off. LMBO! Oops.

      1. LOL exactly. I was so tired of hearing that. People say whatever they can to discredit Rih. It’s hilarious.

  3. Bey ain’t got nothing to prove. She’s touring and taking her time and she can do just that and still sell millions of albums. I aint worried. We’re ready whenever you are Bey.
