Congratulations are in order for actor Evan Ross and Ashlee Simpson.
The happy couple just confirmed via their social media accounts that they are officially headed down the aisle. Just hours ago, Ashlee tweeted her good news to her fans and revealed she’s extremely excited to give marriage another go with her actor boo. E! News reports:
Ashlee Simpson is ready to tie the knot again!
The singer just revealed via Twitter that she and boyfriend Evan Ross got engaged while on vacation in Hawaii.
“My baby love and I are ENGAGED!!! Hallelujah Hawaii !!!!!” Ashlee tweeted this afternoon. (The nod to the Supremes song “Baby Love,” sung by Evan’s mom, Diana Ross, did not go unnoticed.)
This will be Ashlee’s second marriage and Evan’s first. The couple went public with their romance last summer.
