Chris Bosh and his baby mama Allison Mathis are in the middle of a nasty child support battle, and Mathis claims that her Miami Heat star ex-boyfriend Bosh is low balling her when it comes to child support payments. She thinks her $2685 a month in child support payments aren’t enough to take care of their daughter Trinity, especially since she lost her full-time job and her home to foreclosure.

However, Chris Bosh strongly disagrees and he is fighting hard to make sure the payments are not increased. He’s even filed for primary custody of Trinity, but the former couple has not headed to court yet to determine the outcome of the filing.

In the meantime, it’s now being reported by Radar Online that Allison recently filed for bankruptcy. She reportedly filed for Chapter 13 in Florida:

Bosh’s baby mama, who says her occupation is a part time research assistant, states that she has approximately $320,446 in assets but owes $286,946 to creditors.

The documents detail Mathis’ finances as a monthly income of $3,985 with expenses of $1,615 and states that she only has $1,250 in her checking account, $18,000 in her savings account, furniture and jewelry worth $3,700, and a 2007 BMW worth about $15,000 and owes $284,000 on her Windemere, Florida home.

Mathis states her income is minimal – she declares that she makes $800 a month and receives $2,685 in child support from Bosh and receives $500 a month from family to supplement her income.

  1. The funny thing is Chris is treating Allison like she’s a gold digger but that’s actually what his wife is. So does she still have that 24 hour photographer at the home? LOL.

    1. Girl that’s my biggest issue with all of this. His wife is a known gold digger and he’s treating Allison like this? Really? Man, karma will meet him soon.

  2. Yet Adrienne stays posting pictures of her lavish life with Chris Bosh’s money…but I hope she’s paying attention to how Bosh is doing Allison because he will do her the same way if their marriage ever does down south.

  3. I do think Bosh does Allison really dirty because he was the one that blocked her for getting on BBW and making her own money BUT $3000 a month should be enough. She’s not his wife. She’s not owed to live the rich lifestyle he lives because of HIS talents. Allison should put on her big girl panties like many other single moms have done and go out here and get her own money. You can’t expect a man to hold you down if you’re not his wife. Bets of luck to her.

    1. I see where you’re coming from. $3,000 should be enough, but she’s struggling. You would hope that Chris, would be nice enough, based on their past relationship, and the fact that they have a child together, to give her a little more money. But he’s not obliged to, so here we go, more court battles between an athlete and a baby mama.

  4. This is an unfortunate situation and I hope at some point both Bosh and Allison can put aside their differences and do what’s right for their daughter.

  5. And this is just the beginning. He will get primary custody and Allison will have nothing. Only a b-tcha-s man would go this hard at a woman.

  6. I bet Adrienne is loving this. So is she still trying to make Trinity call her mommy? She’s such an evil person.

  7. Sorry, Allison needs to stop acting like a victim and go out here and get her own coins! Bosh doesn’t give a damn about her and that’s not going to change. He is willing to sit back and let Adrienne spend all his money while Allison struggles. She needs to use that as motivation and get her life together. The best revenge is success!

  8. I was getting ready to say this is why it pays to have a man’s child after they marry you, but well we did see how D Wade did his ex wife. Smh.
