We told you months ago that we really believe there’s a certain group of people set on ruining Kerry Washington’s image after reports alleging that her marriage to Nnamdi Asomugha was fake went viral. It didn’t take long for those reports to be debunked, but now it appears that Kerry’s marriage is once again a target of vicious rumors.
Blogger Terez Owens is now reporting that a source revealed that Kerry is only a “beard” for Nnamdi and he’s actually gay. The blogger writes:
Here’s the story about Kerry Washington and Nnamdi Asomugha, and their alleged arrangement marriage. Here’s what our source tells us, “Everyone in the NFL knew he was gay, and he’s slept around a lot, even once with a former Philly player who is now out of the closet, and who I am friends with, thus I have DIRECT information on it. Now that he has “switched” careers to acting, he’s been seen for example, at Thursday’s John Wooten Awards event in NYC chatting up an unknown young man for the whole night… and leaving with him. So because it’s not just confined to sports anymore, as those pre SB events had many people witnessing various things, including this one, he is not as protected as he was before. People TALK.”
We did a little bit of digging and once again saw that these same rumors have been on Tumblr ever since Kerry’s marriage was confirmed and most of them were written by fans of Oliva Pope and Fitz’s romance.
In fact, multiple people are once again blaming these rumors on crazed “Scandal” fans who desperately believe Kerry has a real life romance with her “Scandal” co-star Tony Goldwyn (Fitz). Some of them have even written lengthy posts about just why Kerry’s baby cannot be Nnamdi’s and they believe Goldwyn is actually the father. But some of those fans are claiming rumors about Nnamdi’s sexuality existed before he was ever tied to Kerry, but we can’t seem to find any proof of that just yet.
I really wish people would let this couple be great. So what, they’re private! Why is that so hard to accept? Damn.
Why are people so crazy?
Wow people are really delusional nowadays. Trying to ruin someone’s marriage on the count of a show these people need to find a hobby.
Honestly, these people need to get a life. They have been making up lies ever since she got married. For them to claim they love her so much I really can’t tell.
LOL people have lost their minds. I feel bad for Kerry. She really doesn’t deserve this.
Y’all should read all this batsh-t crazy things they are writing on Tumblr. They have all these ridiculous theories about just why Kerry needs to be with Tony in real life. And a lot of them think the baby is really his. Nut jobs.
It’s just not adding up though. Why would Nnamdi need a beard when he’s not even all that famous? No one was checking for him before he got with Kerry. And he retired from the NFL, so I doubt he would need to care about an image that much anymore.
They are still at it? They need to leave Kerry and Nnamdi alone.
I don’t understand why these people just can’t enjoy the show without becoming so obsessive. And Kerry is pregnant right now. I hope all of this isn’t stressing her out. Smh.

Uh Tony and Kerry are both happily married. A real life Fitz and Olivia is not going to happen. LOL.

You do know these gay rumors about this man date back to 2006 a long time before Scandal or Kerry Washington. It’s well known in the football world that he was gay or rumored to be gay.
I notice that none of you had a problem when Terez reported on the marriage but now he’s being influenced by a cabal of crazies.
And I still can’t find anything or anyone calling Nnamdi gay UNTIL he got married to Kerry. Damn are they THAT mad?

It’s well known among Scandal fans there is a small circle of ringleaders who insist on perpetuating this craziness. They are mostly avoided because they spread a lot of crazy fantasies and lies. TerezOwens.com confirmed to several people privately that one fan in particular is feeding this info and this same person has contacted several other bloggers repeatedly trying to spread the crazy. Its crazy and sad.
Listen, there have been rumors about every famous person being gay. Did the Scandal fans start the rumors about Kerry being a lesbian or that she is a home wrecker also? It has been out there that Nnamdi is gay so why blame Scandal fans? Blame the football fans that’s where most people read that he was gay on football forums.
So I’m on Tumblr again, and one of those Fitz stans is going off like the psycho they are and citing some random sports forum from 2011 where someone asked if Nnamdi is gay because he talks with a lisp. That poster on that forum got dragged because sports fans thought it was a dumb question. No tea was spilled. LOL that’s their hardcore proof? Once again, they are some nut jobs. Nnamdi was at that party but I do believe the rest was exaggerated by scandal stans who are seething about this marriage. They can’t keep their lies together. First the marriage wasn’t legal, next it is legal but Nnamdi is gay. I can’t believe such mentally disturbed people exist sometimes.
And Enty is a damn liar too. He was busted in 2012 and admitted he makes up most of his blind items. The things he gets somewhat right he steals. Again, where’s the proof sick scandal stans?
I used to be a huge fan of Scandal. I mean huge. But one day I stumbled on those Tumblr pages made by fans and I was DISGUSTED! I had no idea that people were taking things this far. It’s really scary that they dedicate these Tumblr blogs to an onscreen couple and try their hardest to tear apart the real couple in REAL LIFE. I still love the show but this bothers me. And I bet they are calling the writer of this post all kinds of names too. That’s how they act. They are sick and internet trolls.
Sad! I love Kerry and wish her and Nnamdi nothing but happiness. Unfortunately now that it’s easier now to spread lies on the internet and get bloggers to run with it, it happens everyday. I wonder if these people on Tumblr know that their IP Addresses can be located and they can be sued in a court of law? They better hope Kerry and Nnamdi don’t start suing people like some of these other celebs. It’s all cute and fun until you get that letter in the mail…

There’s a group of stans that absolute hate that Kerry married a black man. They want her with a white man, especially the man who plays Fitz. They have been terrible since the marriage was confirmed. The sad thing is some black women are helping them spread these lies that are a product of their hate for black men. Smh!
