Kordell Stewart said recently on the latest episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” that he feels Porsha Williams’ family had a lot to do with why their marriage failed, but it’s clear none of that really matters since the divorce is official.
In fact, TMZ got a hold of court documents that reveal who won big in the divorce settlement, and unfortunately for Porsha she isn’t the victor. Instead, she pretty much walks away from the marriage with nothing, something Kordell said he wanted badly.
TMZ reports:
According to legal docs — obtained by TMZ — Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.
It’s almost like a western movie. She gets the Mercedes she drove in on, and that’s about it. She does get to keep the engagement ring, $19K for her attorney’s and all of her personal crap … jewelry, clothes and other personal items.
As for Kordell … he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.
Well that’s why it’s smarter for a woman to have her own money. I hope Porsha is now doing what she has to so she can take care of herself. Being a trophy wife is overrated.

Well they were only married two years. Kordell shouldn’t have have had to give her everything since the marriage was so short.

Porsha did not play her cards right. But hey, she’s now out of that marriage and away from Kordell. That’s something to be thankful for.
she should have waited 10 years before she got on a reality show. and she should have had a separate wing for her family to visit her at so they wouldnt go in kordell’s room eating pizza LOL
Well damn. Porsha’s lawyer had to suck. No alimony when he asked her not to work or have a career and watch his son? Child please. This is why I ain’t coming into no marriage with nothing and depending on a man to take care of me. That can end at any time and then what?
And he’ll be his next marriage soon, just to get divorced again.

I don’t feel that bad for her. They weren’t married that long and I’m sure she’s the one who agreed not to work rather than refuse. She should’ve got Chris Brown’s lawyer, he always wins…
Well when you sit back and really think about it, Kordell never put her name on any of his properties, they were married for less than 2 years before separating, they had no kids together, and she works on the show, so the way the court sees it,everything was his before the marriage and she makes somewhat decent money working for the show to support herself. I’m really not surprised she didn’t get anything out of this. At least he was ordered to pay her attorneys fees because that lawyer she used charges one helluva retainer!
