Latavia Roberson and Beyonce still friends? LaTavia is on the current season of “R&B Divas Atlanta,” and she hinted months ago that she is in the process of writing a tell all book about her experiences as a member of Destiny’s Child.

However, she makes it clear in a recent interview with the Atlanta Journal Constitution that her beef was never with Beyonce but actually Mathew Knowles. LaTavia says:

“I’m humble to say I have two Grammys. It’s great. I’m so grateful for that experience, to travel the world and do it with my friends. My beef was always with management, not Beyonce. I support all her projects.”

Fellow “R&B Divas Atlanta” newbie Meelah Williams then says that LaTavia listens to Beyonce’s music all the time.

In related news, Beyonce scored yet another magazine cover. The singer is on the cover of  TIME’s 100 Most Influential People issue:

Kerry Washington and Richard Sherman also made the list.

  1. Well she shouldn’t be mad at Bey. Hell Bey just stood up to her dad for the first time a few years ago herself.

  2. Yea I can believe her Matthew has been known to do some shady things. Flawless cover my Bey just natural beauty.

  3. I always thought LaTavia was pretty. Anyway, I can’t blame her for still being mad with Mathew. He did her and LeToya very dirty. But Beyonce was young, she didn’t know how to stand up to her father yet. I’m glad all of them are passed it and have respect for each other now.

  4. Good for her! I always thought Beyonce’s haters were madder than LaTavia & LeToya about the situation, so this just confirmed it. 🙂

  5. It looks like she’s losing a little weight, but that definitely doesn’t mean she didn’t slay this cover. I’m proud of her and I’m glad LaTavia understood who to be mad at in that situation. Karma came back for Matthew in the end
