Halle Berry may have moved on from her romance with Gabriel Aubry, but the legal battles as a result of their split have been in the media plenty despite her now being married to Olivier Martinez.
In fact, PEOPLE recently confirmed that the actress will now have to cut a hefty check every month in the form of child support to her ex whose modeling career has fizzled out:
A Los Angeles court on May 30 ordered the Oscar-winning actress to pay $16,000 per month to support their daughter Nahla, 6, until she turns 19 years old or graduates from high school, whichever comes first. The court also awarded Aubry $115,000 in retroactive support.
The couple shares equal custody of their daughter, according to court documents.
In related news, Master P has a nasty court battle going on with his ex too. The No Limit Records head honcho just lost custody of the kids and he will have to pay his estranged wife’s hefty legal fees too. TMZ reports:
Sonya Miller was just awarded sole physical and legal custody of 13-year-old Hercy, 9-year-old Mercy, 17-year-old Tytyana and 14-year-old Italy.
The divorce battle has become epic, with Sonya claiming she’s been left destitute even though the couple amassed a $200 million fortune. Master P claims he won’t enable his wife with money until she gets off drugs and booze.
Master P didn’t respond to Sonya’s legal docs, so Monday morning the judge came down on him with a vengeance.
Master P will have to cough up $75,000 for his estranged wife’s legal bills.
As far as why he didn’t show up to court, the rapper’s rep tells All Hip Hop he had no idea about the hearing and he was never properly served by the court.
This is why rich women should never date down. And as far as Master P is concerned, he needs more people. His attorney should have known when the court date was so I think he’s lying.
Damn. They got Halle good. Gabriel wasn’t as dumb as people thought he was.

Gabriel proves that it is not only trifling women that want to sit on their a-s and collect child support his trifling a-s fits perfectly in that category. When is the last time he had a modeling gig? I use to see him in Calvin Klein ads all the time but after Halle had that baby he settled on spending Halle’s money than working.
Well she will be paying Olivier child support too if she’s not careful.
Oh yeah.
Oliver comes from a very rich family in France, he may have more money than her. But hey, you never know.
