While folks are suggesting Nicki Minaj should be worried about Lil Kim and Iggy Azalea possibly collaborating to diss her on a new track, it appears the Head Barbie has even bigger problems to worry about.
According to reports, the female rapper was just slapped with a lawsuit for a recent performance.
The New York Daily News writes:
The hip hop superstar was sued in Manhattan Supreme Court Wednesday for allegedly showing up late and then leaving early during an appearance at an NBA All Star event in 2011.
The suit says the “Starships” rapper had agreed to show up at Hollywood’s Siren Studios at midnight and perform for an hour — but she showed up 90 minutes late and was on stage for less than 30 minutes, the suit says.
Cahuenga, Inc. filed the suit on behalf of the show’s producer, IMP Entertainment. It says Minaj, 31, was paid $53,050 to cover her fees and expenses before the Feb. 19, 2011 concert and her abbreviated appearance “defeated the entire purpose of the agreement.”
Nicki is being sued for her $53,050 cover and other unspecified damages.
Bad business. But that was in 2011 so I’m sure she’s matured since then. Or at least I hope so. LOL.
People in the entertainment business get sued all the time no big problem.

Nicki will cut the check and keep it moving. At least she has the money unlike others who get sued for stealing Instagram pictures and using them for album covers.
