When Apollo Nida expressed he was furious his wife Phaedra Parks didn’t even attend his sentence hearing, we knew it was only a matter of time before Phaedra officially ended the marriage.

Now the RHOA star’s rep confirms both Phaedra and Apollo are done and she has just hired a divorce attorney.

E! News writes:

Phaedra Parks is pulling the plug on her marriage to Apollo Nida.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star “has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage,” her rep, Steve Honig, exclusively tells E! News in a statement. Last month, Nida checked himself in to prison to begin an eight-year sentence which was issued in July following his guilty plea to bank fraud back in May.

    1. Girl bye! Regardless of how Phaedra’s marriage was going, that has nothing to do with Kenya overstepping her bounds and acting like a grown ass thot, flirting and engaging with a married man in any capacity. Even if Apollo didn’t know how to act, Kenya should’ve. FOH. People kill me like Phaedra wasn’t supposed to check ANY woman for coming for her husband. Stay in your place, and act like a woman with some sense.

      1. @RollsEyes, I am so glad you stated that. People are thinking Kenya got the upper hand. She is also part of the blame of this failed marriage. She Is pathetic. Preying on someone’s marriage to fail is sick.

    2. Hmmm, how about the fact that she has an actual income outside of RHOA. That she’s beautiful and successful enough to get a man on her own without stealing somebody else’s. Or maybe that she was actually married and had kids, something Kenya still can’t claim? I think that’s enough, don’t you?

  1. She did what was best. Apollo didn’t respect her or their marriage anyway. I’m starting to wonder if he even had any respect for his kids because if he did he wouldn’t be in jail right now.

  2. She should have never married him. They were never equally yoked. I just hope she doesn’t rush into another relationship. She needs to process everything that’s happened in the last few months.

  3. I feel sorry for the boys cause Phaedra can move on… those boys are growing and need their daddy in their life.
