Mike Brown’s murderer may not be facing any charges, but the protests in Ferguson haven’t stopped and neither will those who seek justice for the slain teen.
Interestingly enough, newlywed Solange Knowles is so passionate about the cause that she has decided to put a hold on her upcoming Puma launch.
She wrote the following on her Instagram account:
To echo my feelings shared surrounding the outcome of the Michael Brown case, I have solely decided to postpone the release of my Puma collaboration originally scheduled to release this Friday November 28th to Monday December 1st. I am truly grateful for everyone’s support and excited to share this collection with you soon… – Solange
Inspiring.
And just in case you’re interested, here’s a sneak peek at Solo’s upcoming Puma collection:
Those shoes are nice. I might have to get a pair.
Love her.
Nice.
I wasn’t expecting sneakers but they look good. Her fashion game is top notch.
This is why I like Solange. She seems real and doesn’t care what people think about her.
Good on her! I’m getting ready for a trip to the islands for Xmas, and would’ve loved to have taken advantage of the deals on Black Friday, but decided to do my part by boycotting. #BoycottBlackFriday #BlackoutBlackFriday
Good for you sis!!! I didn’t do the Black Friday thing either.
Gotta love the Knowles sisters. I will also make sure I cop these cute shoes.
Solange, you “Rock” and your puma collection does too…looking forward to purchasing a pair.
Go head Solo!!
Loving the shoes.
