Nicki Minaj hopes she can eventually balance a successful rap career with an acting career, and she even attended a performing arts high school so she could develop her skills.
But new footage of the rapper working on her acting abilities made its way to YouTube recently, and some people have been going in on Nicki’s performance.

Unfortunately for some barbs, Nicki unfollowed some of her fans for sharing the video on Twitter. Check out the video below:
I don’t understand why people were laughing at her. She actually did a good job in the video. And if I’m not mistaken, I think Nicki really wanted to be an actress and the rapper thing was her plan B. So she would be sensitive about this.
She’s been acting though. Her whole rap persona was invented and she plays a role. I’m not even sure her breakup is real.
The breakup is a stunt. I’m convinced.
She did better in the video than she did in that movie with Cameron Diaz.

Nicki has really been in her feelings lately. She should probably just take a break and get herself together.
She’s a Sagittarius. They don’t like to be embarrassed.

People were just trying to get under her skin. She didn’t do a bad job at all.
Between Tamar and Nicki, this is why celebs need to let their PR person run their accounts. Nothing good comes from being on Twitter when you’re famous.
I don’t see anything wrong with her acting in the video.
There’s nothing to make fun of! I think she did great… people can be so negative at times.
Acting is Nicki’s passion. A true fan wouldn’t laugh at this, especially since she did good in the video anyway.
Nothing about that video was funny though.
This is why celebs should not follow their fans. They get comfortable when you do and get mad when you unfollow.
She should be embarrassed by her music. It’s awful.

There’s nothing to be ashamed of. I thought her acting was decent. And if acting is her true passion, she should get some more training and really pursue it.
