Former “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta” star Shay Johnson’s very on and off romance with Lil Scrappy provided lots of drama in the first two seasons, but these days she’s still a target of gossip considering she’s been hanging out with Memphitz amid his alleged rocky marriage.
The other day some began to suspect Memphitz and Shay may have something going on but Shay’s rep tells Hip Hop Weekly that there’s no truth to the rumors.
The rep says:
“Shay Johnson and Memphitz have no relationship. They don’t know each other outside of social gatherings and they happen to share the same celebrity trainer, Derek Taylor … who, by the way, has trained Toya, Memphitz and Shay at the same time. Although Shay and Toya are mere associates, Shay has nothing but respect for her and values the system of marriage and wishes them nothing but the best.”
In related news, Toya is once again speaking out on social media about her split from Memphitz and she posted the following to Instagram hours ago:
In so many words, she hinted he has mental issues. We knew that already Toya.
That’s what I think she meant too.
This all just seems very calculated to me. The picture with Shay, both of them airing out their business. This is the most attention these two have gotten in years yup this is all for a reality show watch and see.
She wants to work it out? Good luck with that.
