“Nothing that we do is for TV. My decision to be public about my relationship came before I even met Meek. I was in another relationship and I said after I drop my third album that I don’t care anymore what people think, I’m going to be vocal about who I’m with. It just so happens that I’m with a new guy.”

I think it’s pretty obvious Nicki didn’t want to go public with Safaree because he was the help and not famous. Who wouldn’t go public with someone in the industry? Everyone wants to be in a power couple nowadays.

You can tell Nicki hasn’t had a lot of boyfriends and still has a lot to learn about relationships.
I don’t think this was about her wanting to open up more but feeling like she couldn’t really claim someone who wasn’t famous. Everyone knew she was financially supporting SB and she was embarrassed by that. Yes, Meek may have his own career but he’s still dependent on her too in a lot of ways so was it really an upgrade?
She says she likes the way his lips feel. They look like they feel like sandpaper. Had she had any lip work done… That would explain lose of feeling.
