17-year-old actress Amandla Stenberg is making headlines because she confirmed she’s bisexual on Snap Chat recently, but her recent interview with Teen Vogue is a gem too.
She was actually interviewed by Solange Knowles, and both opened up about their experiences being women of color.

IDK why people are so worked up about her being bisexual. I thought that was obvious. She ain’t shock me at all. I bet Willow is too. I say live your life. *shrugs*
I think it’s because most people still look at her like Rue/a little girl. But she will be 18 very soon and she’s fully aware of her s-xuality.
I think Willow would have already made an announcement if that was the case. She really doesn’t seem to care about public opinions. I lot of people think she’s too grown and weird, but I like Willow.
I figured this was what did it for her. I like her and I hope she continues to make these racists seethe.
Well that will do it. I remember how nasty those racists were to her too. It left a bad taste in my mouth.
Did you see them cutting up on Twitter a couple of weeks ago because there’s going to be a black Hermoine? It’s disappointing to know there are so many ignorant people out here.

It’s weird how fixated people are about a teenager’s s-xuality. They are doing the same thing to Jaden as well.
