According to TMZ, Future thinks the lawsuit is hypocritical of Ciara because he feels like she uses the former relationship for relevancy.

As for filing response papers to Ciara’s suit, Future’s camp tells TMZ he’s considering it.
The fact that he’s not even sure he’s going to respond to the suit tells me all I need to know. He knows he doesn’t have a case and he’s guilty of slandering her. And her song didn’t even call him out by name like he did interviews and on Twitter. So that’s a weak response.
