Mary J. Blige filed for divorce from Kendu Isaacs a few weeks ago, and it was also confirmed that she decided to drop him as a manager.
While Kendu managed Mary’s career, she had a few blunders professionally, and her finances also became a hot topic in the media considering lawsuits and tax drama.
However, Kendu doesn’t seem to think he did anything wrong.
When asked by a follower what he did to cause Mary to file for divorce, Kendu responded with the following:
And this is why I’m glad she left him. He can’t even be real and admit he messed up when the whole world witnessed him messing up. For one thing he was a terrible manager. He can at least own up to that.

I believe there’s more to this divorce than bad management. Mary had a hard time trusting him around other women and I think that’s because he cheated on her before. Maybe she caught him cheating again and decided she had enough.
I never saw it for this marriage to be real. Something about him always bothered me. I love Mary and hope she bounces back.
Of course he would say he didn’t do anything wrong.
