Lawsuit Prevents Nick Gordon from Profiting from Bobbi Kristina & Whitney?

According to Radar Online, the lawsuit was also used to prevent Nick from making any money selling photos/videos and other personal details of his life with Bobbi and Whitney.

Radar Online writes:

Family members’ fears over what he might reveal were part of the reason why they slapped the hothead with a $50 million wrongful death suit, sources said. But now that Bobbi Kristina’s estate has won the suit, Gordon’s sleazy get-rich-scheme is out the window.

“Nick lived with Whitney and Bobbi Kristina for 10 years. Can you imagine how many photos he’s taken and the video footage he has of them passed out on drugs?” an insider told Radar.

“Whitney would sometimes have a crack overdose, fall down, pass out and vomit on herself. Then Nick would have to clean her up.”

“Everybody wants to know what he knows. If Nick did a book or movie deal about ‘My Life With Whitney,’ it could probably bring in $20 to $30 million!”

To prevent that from happening, Bobbi Kristina’s estate filed the civil suit against him, the source said.

…The ruling means Gordon is “unable to…obtain any benefits from the use of [Bobbi Kristina’s] name,” according to a statement from her father, Bobby Brown, who also called for the district attorney’s office to “begin the criminal prosecution” of Gordon in her death.
