I don’t get the hype for this dude. He’s not cute, he can’t rap and raps nasally, and now we know he doesn’t even rap his own stuff. Plus he’s petty like a female and has no classic albums. I don’t get it. There are better rappers out here. Shame.

He is. He’s been consistent so I know it will be great.

Now let this be any other rapper and he would have been boycotted for being friends with a well known rapist. But not Drake. He can make fun of mental illness, be cool with rapists and get away with ghost writing. How interesting.

Drake is doing his thing but it’s unfortunate that so many of his supporters are all for the watering down of Hip Hop. Rappers should absolutely write their own lyrics. That’s what made Hip Hop an art form. Him not doing so makes me question him completely. But I’m not going to argue about it. So no back and forth from me today.
