Who the f-ck administered the series of tests that determined this woman’s alleged mental illness tho? Maybe she was drunk or high? Walter just saw this as a way to get at Nicki without being cussed out for it.
Totally agree. I’ve seen folks like this in the streets of Atlanta who were clearly drunk and high!
