Black Ink Recap: Sky Takes on Tiff and Ted + Dutchess Gets Even with Ceaser

“The Wilds of New Jersey” Recap

Cease discusses his trip to Miami and has a new trip in mind for the group.

Cease tails about his trip to Miami with Ted and Donna, and he refuses to answer when asked if he slept with Tatu Baby.

Donna brings up the possibility of his relationship with Tatu upsetting Dutchess.

“Why would Dutchess be mad? She left me.” – Cease

Cease calls a staff meeting and tells the group he has planned a mandatory camping trip. He says the purpose of the trip is team building and to straighten up 113th.

Sky points out that Ted isn’t at the meeting and she questions why he didn’t have to show up. Cease tells her that he’s going to talk to Ted.

Dutchess meets with the mystery woman who claims Cease knocked up her sister.

The mystery woman says she met Cease at Onyx two years ago, and Cease showed up with Ted and others. She didn’t know her sister was talking to Cease outside the club but she was and ended up pregnant. She says she has screenshots of text messages but refuses to show them to Dutchess.

“The man that you laid with has to prove it to you.” – mystery woman

Dutchess is annoyed because no proof is being shown so now she is starting to question if she left Cease too quick.

Cease wants Tiff back in the shop.

Cease calls Tiff and he asks her to come to the camping trip because he wants her beef with Sky to end so she can return to the shop.

“You don’t have nothing to worry about. She’s really past that situation.” – Cease to Tiff

Tiff isn’t sold on Sky being over their feud, but Cease convinces her that no one is going to try to attack her. They then agree it will be best for her to show up on the last day just to be on the safe side.

Sky’s suspicions about Nikki increase when it’s revealed Nikki went to the Dominican Republic to get plastic surgery.

Sky informs the group that Nikki is going to get some work done. They all wonder where she got the money from since Richard is broke and bombarded with child support payments.

“My woman intuition is telling me this girl is shady as f*ck.” – Sky

Richard is concerned about Nikki going away to get plastic surgery. He feels it’s sudden and random, so he fears she may try to leave him.

Dutchess continues to have second thoughts.

Dutchess tells her family she may have overreacted in her decision to leave Cease since the woman who made the accusations refused to show her proof. However, her parents don’t seem to think a reconciliation should happen since the relationship had so many problems anyway.

“I don’t think he’s the man for you to be married the rest of your days. I don’t have to live with that. You do. I just want you to be happy.” – Dutchess’ father

Her mother says Cease should just leave her alone if he’s not going to treat her right.

Sky and Donna find out some crazy information about Nikki.

While still on the camping trip, Sky and Donna decide to get online and dig up dirt on Nikki. Turns out she’s a Yelp reviewer and in a review from 2014, she stated that she was married and seven months pregnant.

They wonder where the child is and what happened to the husband. Especially since Nikki said her son is her only child.

Young Bae thinks it’s possibly Nikki could still be married to the other man because it takes a long time to finalize a divorce.

Richard tells the group he’s feeling some kind of way because he still hasn’t heard from Nikki. That’s when Cease asks him how much he knows about his new wife.

“There’s nothing anyone can say to me that I’m going to be flabbergasted by. I know that much.” – Richard

They then inform him about the Yelp review, but he gets upset because he thinks it’s disrespectful that they are researching Nikki on the internet instead of just coming to him and asking directly. He doesn’t believe she was married before him, nor that she was pregnant in 2014. He tells them to back off and the group does for now.

All hell breaks lose when Tiff shows up.

Tiffany shows up to dinner and although Sky apologizes, things go left after Tiffany says that Sky has issues.

Melody says she doesn’t see how Tiff is worth it because she’s fought three people in the shop and it’s not like they are hurting for money.

Tiff says Sky is just jealous of her and Sky thinks the accusation is hilarious. She takes off her wig and threatens to beat Tiff up and says she promises the beat down on her kids.

“The kids you don’t even take care of.” – Tiff

That sets Sky off and she tries to run up on Tiff but is restrained by security.

Tiff says she’s had enough of the drama and she leaves.

Cease is so outraged that he tells them 13th is closed.

 

“Puppies Are Magic” Recap

The shop is closed and put up for rent.

Cease stays true to his word and closes the 113th shop and everyone is in shock. Ted blames everything on Sky but she feels Cease was wrong for inviting Tiff to the camping trip. And she thinks it’s unfair to be upset with her for wanting to fight after Tiff brought up her kids.

Ted says he’s good no matter what happens to 113th because he has keys to the shop on 125th. He walks away and it really upsets Sky and Walt.

Cease stands by his choice to close the shop and he also says he’s done with Dutchess for good. He now wants to focus on creating his empire and he’s done dealing with people who aren’t trying to support his vision.

Dutchess returns to New York to make the breakup official.

Dutchess arrives in Harlem to get her things. She thought about seeing Cease to talk things out but now realizes that the relationship can’t be saved when her sister shows her pictures of him hanging out with Tatu Baby in Miami.

“I’ve been living in hell for five years because I loved this one man.” – Dutchess

Dutchess has her sister call the 125th shop to see if Cease is still there, so now they decide to go to Dutchess and Cease’s place to get her things. They move quickly, until Dutchess decides to check Cease’s computer for proof that he was unfaithful.

She discovers screenshots of text messages that contain “p*ssy pictures” from multiple women, so she decides to take the entire computer with her since they are short on time.

“The sh*t I found is way more than I expected.” – Dutchess

Cease gets home and is furious when he sees that Dutchess took some of his things. He calls her but gets no answer so he leaves an angry voicemail in which he tells her to go to hell after she curses him out about the pictures in text messages.

Ted comes by to talk it out and tells him he thinks the pictures actually belong to him since he likes to send Cease pictures he gets from women.

“F*ck you Ted and f*ck Dutchess too. And if you see her, tell her to give me my computer back. Dusty b*tch.” – Cease

Sky and Ted have a heated exchange.

The group meets for a “Friendsgiving” dinner and try to come up with ideas to convince Cease to reopen the show. Ted then suggests they go to a tattoo convention in Puerto Rico. Even though everyone thinks the idea is a good one, Sky is still annoyed with Ted for walking out on the group the other day.

She confronts him about it and questions why he always leaves them when things get difficult. She also points out that other people feel some kind of way about it too and they feel he gets preferential treatment just because he is Cease’s cousin. They begin yelling at each other as Cease happens to walk in.

Cease reminds them that Ted is fired too and only has keys to 125th because he needs a place to sleep when he doesn’t pay his rent.

They then call him out for closing the shop and he tells them he had no choice because it’s bigger than the issue with Tiffany.

They then tell him about the convention in Puerto Rico and he agrees that they should go. But he warns them that the shop will stay closed if the trip doesn’t work out.

Dutchess gets revenge.

Dutchess spends time with her girlfriends, mom and sister and gives an update on her and Cease. When she tells them about the pictures, they ask to see them.

She gets angry again after flipping through the pictures and text messages again, so she takes a bat and destroys Cease’s computer.
